Description [0001] The object of the present invention is a safety capsule for containers that is provided with an indicator signalling that opening has taken place.
[0002] In particular, the invention refers to a safety capsule configured for application to the neck of a container.
[0003] DE 296 00 635 U discloses a safety capsule having the features of the preamble of claim 1.
[0004] GB 2 450 940 A discloses a safety capsule having the features of the preamble of claim 33.
[0005] Several types of capsules designed for application to the neck of a container are currently present on the market. Such capsules are largely used for closing bottles of water and soft drinks, milk containers, containers for fruit juices and other foods or liquid substances.
[0006] In addition to realizing a hermetically sealed closure immediately following the packaging of the product inside the container, and possibly also after the container has been opened for the first time, capsules of the type at hand must provide an immediate indication signalling that the first opening of the container has taken place. This is because the consumer must clearly be able to realize immediately the state of the container about to be purchased or opened for the first time. For obvious reasons concerning safety, upon the first opening, the container must be in an intact condition.
[0007] The capsules currently available perform the function of indicating the intactness thereof by means of various components.
[0008] The most widely used component is constituted by a ring-shaped element, also called an intactness or safety strip, which is associated with a lower edge of the capsule by means of a breakable connection. Upon the first opening of the capsule, the intactness strip remains connected to the neck of the container, but it detaches from the edge of the capsule. In addition to increasing the dimensions of the capsule in the axial direction, the use of an intactness strip does not, in any case, offer in particular high assurance of intactness. In fact, by carefully removing the capsule and slightly forcing the widening of the intactness strip, it is possible to have the strip slide off the neck of the container without causing itsdetachmentfrom the capsule. Moreover, the presence of the safety strip makes the phase consisting of the first application of the capsule to the container relatively complex, besides increasing the weight and the cost of the capsule itself.
[0009] The use of small discs or films is provided for as an alternative to the intactness strip, and in a phase following the insertion of the product in the container, they are applied to the neck or to the opening of the container itself. Upon the first opening, after having removed the capsule, the consumer removes the small disc or film, which cannot be reapplied subsequently to the neck or the opening of the container. These components do not offer in particular high assurance of intactness either, as they can be easily perforated in a manner that is not vis ible. Moreover, it is often difficult for the user to remove them, and additionally they complicate the product packaging process.
[0010] Capsules are also proposed that are equipped with means for indicating that the first opening has taken place, by means of the appearance of a signal or writing visible on the outside the capsule. These capsules generally comprise an external cap designed to screw onto the neck of the container, and a small disc or another safety guarantee component, which, at least in a configuration preceding the first opening of the capsule, is removably constrained to the neck or the opening of the container. The external cap is provided with a window overlying the safety guarantee disc that bears in the upper part thereof a signal indicating that the first opening has taken place. Upon the first opening of the capsule, the external cap and the disc can rotate with respect to each other between an unaligned position, in which the signal indicating that the first opening has taken place is not visible from the outside, and an aligned position, in which the signal indicating that thefirst opening has taken place is visible from the outside through the window on the external cap. Besides being quite complex to realize, capsules of this type are not adequately irreversible. Essentially, once the first opening of the capsule has taken place, no means are provided that effectively prevent the external cap and the safety guarantee disc from being brought back into the position preceding the first opening.
[0011] Examples of prior art capsule, which only in part face the above summarized problems are also disclosed in DE102005013435.
[0012] The aim of the present invention is to offer a capsule that makes it possible to overcome the drawbacks of the known types of capsules.
[0013] One advantage of the capsule according to the present invention is that it enables immediate identification of the first opening of the container to which it is applied, without any need for a safety strip or other components.
[0014] Another advantage of the capsule according to the present invention is that it is easily activated by the user, by means of a simple opening rotation.
[0015] Another advantage of the capsule according to the present invention is that it is absolutely irreversible, that is, following the first opening, it cannot be brought back into a configuration preceding that of the completed first opening.
[0016] Further characteristics and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent from the following detailed description of an embodiment of the invention, which is illustrated by way of non-limiting example in the accompanying Figures, in which:

A safety capsule according to the present invention comprises an external cap (2) that is internally provided with means for the coupling thereof to the neck (C) of a container. The coupling between the external cap (2) and the neck (C) of the container can be realized in various manners, for example by means of threading, snap-on or bayonet couplings. Generally, three types of couplings are distinguishable: a first type that comprises at least one rotation movement of the external cap (2) with respect to the neck (C) about a longitudinal axis (X), a second type of coupling comprising at leastone sliding movement of the external cap (2) along the longitudinal axis (X), and a third type of coupling comprising a rotation of the external cap (2) about an axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (X), that is, a hinged movement.
[0017] The external cap has an upper portion (21) that is preferably circular in shape, and from which a lateral portion (23) extends substantially concentric with the longitudinal axis (X). In the case in which a threaded coupling with the neck (C) is provided, the threading for coupling to the neck (C) of the container can be fashioned on an inner surface of the lateral portion (23).
[0018] The capsule further comprises an internal element (3) located inside the external cap (2) and that is configured to be associated, in a removable manner, with an opening (A) of the container. As shown in the Figures, the internal element (3) may have the form of a disc, shaped in such a manner as to be insertable, at least partially, inside the opening (A), realizing therein an interference fit seal. In this embodiment, the safety guarantee element comprises an upper portion (31) that is substantially flat and circular in shape, below which a lower portion (32) is located. This lower portion (32) is intended for insertion in the opening (A), whereas the upper portion (31) is structured so as to enable placement in contact with the upper edge of the opening (A). The upper portion (31) is preferably of a larger diameter than the lower portion (32), so that a projecting edge (33) of asubstantially annularshape and concentric with the longitudinal axis (X) is defined between said portions (31, 32).
[0019] As can be seen in the Figures, the internal element (3) is located below the upper portion (21) of the external cap (2), in proximity to or in contact with the upper portion (21). When the external cap (2) is applied on the neck (C) of the container in a position of complete closure, the lower portion (32) of the internal element (3) is inserted, as mentioned previously, in the opening (A). The internal element (3) can be firmly constrained to the external cap (2) with respect to direct movements along the longitudinal axis (X), or constrained with some clearance and with the possibility of performing limited movements along the longitudinal axis (X).
[0020] In an alternative embodiment, which is shown in Figures 9 to 11, the internal element (3) is configured to be connected to the neck (C) of a container by means of a breakable edge. Essentially, the internal element (3) can be made together as a single piece with the neck (C) of the container, predisposing a breakable joint edge or zone. Upon the first opening of the container, the internal element (3) detaches from the neck (C) of the container.
[0021] Connecting means (4, 5) are interposed between the external cap (2) and the internal element (3). The connecting means (4,5) are structured so as to leave the external cap (2) and the internal element (3) unconstrained with respect to a movement for opening or removal of the external cap (2) between a closed position and an intermediate position, and to solidly constrain the external cap (2) and the internal element (3) with respect to the movement for opening or removal of the external cap (2) between the intermediate position and an opening position. Before the position of closure, or after the position of closure, a rotation portion could be present in which the external cap (2) and the internal element (3) are not unconstrained from each other with respect to the rotation, but this does not influence the operation of the capsule. What is essential is that, upstream of the intermediate position, there is at least one portion in which the external cap (2) and internal element (3) are unconstrained from each other in rotation.
[0022] In a first embodiment of the capsule, the external cap (2) is coupled to the neck (C) by a coupling means that provides for at least one initial rotation forthe opening or the removal of the external cap itself, for example a threading or a cam or bayonet coupling, a rotation that also entails an axial movement. Considering an initial condition in which the capsule is applied on the neck of the container in a position of complete closure, with the internal element (3) associated with the opening (A) of the container, the connecting means (4,5) are structured so as to enable one opening rotation of the external cap (2) with respect to the internal element (3), up to a given intermediate position. Essentially, during this rotation, the internal element (3) remains stationary, in that it is associated with the neck (C), whereas the external cap unscrews partially from the neck (C) of the container, while also shifting axially. In the intermediate position, the connecting elements (4, 5) intervene, thereby solidly constraining the external cap (2) and the internal element (3) with respect to the opening rotation. The connecting means (4,5) are also structured so as to solidly constrain the external cap (2) and the internal element (3) with respect to the axial movement, at least in the direction of lifting the capsule from the neck (C) starting from a given position of the external cap (2).
[0023] The conformation and the structure of the connecting means (4, 5) thus make it possible to divide the opening rotation of the capsule (1) into at least two consecutive phases. In a first phase, which extends over an angle comprised between the closed position and the intermediate position, the external cap (2) rotates, while the internal element (3) remains stationary. Then, when the external cap (2) reaches the intermediate position, the connecting means (4, 5) intervene, solidly constraining the external cap (2) and the internal element (3) with respect to the opening rotation. The relative rotation between the external cap (2) and the internal element (3) can be utilized advantageously as an indication signalling that the first opening of the container has taken place, as will be made clear below in the description.
[0024] The connecting means (4, 5) comprise at least a first connecting element (4), solidly constrained to the external cap (2), and at least a second connecting element (5), solidly constrained to the internal element (3).
[0025] In a first embodiment of the connecting means, the first connecting element (4) comprises a small tooth (41) which projects from an inner surface of the external cap (2) and faces the internal element (3). As can be seen in Figures 1 and 2, the small tooth (41) projects radially from the inner surface of the external cap (2), in particular of the lateral portion (23). The external cap (2) can be provided with more teeth (41), evenly distributed along a circumference concentric with the longitudinal axis (X), on a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (X) itself.
[0026] In addition to interacting with the second connecting element (5), the first small tooth (41) is also struc tured so as to retain the internal element (3) inside the external cap (2), with or without a given axial clearance. The tooth (41) projects beneath the projecting edge (33) of the internal element (3), so as to prevent the internal element from sliding off the external cap (2). When the external cap (2) is removed from the neck (C) of the container, the retention performed by the first small tooth (41) also enables the internal element (3) to be removed with the external cap (2) itself. Moreover, the small tooth (41) serves to lift the internal element (3) during the opening rotation of the external cap (2).
[0027] The second connecting element (5) comprises a first small tooth (51) that projects from an external surface of the internal element (3) and faces the external cap (2). Preferably, the first small tooth (51) is associated with the projecting edge (33) of the internal element (3), projecting downwards.
[0028] As can be seen in Figures 1 and 2, the small tooth (41) of the external cap (2) and the first small tooth (51) of the internal element (3) are arranged at a distance from the longitudinal axis (X), the distance being such as to enable contact between them in the intermediate opening position. Starting from an initial condition in which the capsule (1) is completely screwed onto the neck (C) in the closed position, in the course of the opening rotation of the external cap (2), the small tooth (41) of the external cap (2) comes into contact with the first small tooth (51) of the internal element (3) in the intermediate opening position. Continuing the opening rotation from the intermediate position, the external cap (2) drags the internal element (3) into rotation, by virtue of the contact between its own small tooth (41) and the first small tooth (51) of the internal element (3).
[0029] When the capsule is applied to the containerfor the first time, that is, during the closing rotation of the external cap (2), the internal element (3) and the external cap (2) rotate solidly constrained with respect to the neck (C). During the closing rotation, at a certain point the internal element (3) comes into contact with the neck (C), so that friction is produced therebetween, which tends to block the rotation of the internal element (3). However, the external cap (2) is able to continue rotating at least until reaching a position in which the small tooth (41) of the external cap (2) comes into contact with the first small tooth (51) or with a possible additional abutment tooth (514) solidly constrained to the internal element (3), so that a given angular displacement is produced between it and the internal element (3).
[0030] In an unillustrated alternative embodiment, the small tooth (41) of the external cap (2) may comprise an end section of the thread located internally of the external cap (2) itself for coupling to the neck(C) of the container.
[0031] Advantageously, the second connecting element (5) comprises a second small tooth (52), alongside the first small tooth (51) in such a manner as to define a shaped space for receiving the first connecting element (4) in the intermediate opening position. The second small tooth (52) is preferably associated with the project- ing edge (33) of the internal element (3), projecting downwards. The second small tooth (52) is located upstream of the first small tooth (51) with respect to the opening rotation of the external cap (2). A safety capsule for containers, comprising: an external cap (2); an internal element (3), located inside the external cap (2) and configured to be associated, in a removable manner, with an opening (A) of the container; a coupling means, configured to enable coupling of the external cap (2) or the internal element (3) to the neck (C) of the container; connecting means (4, 5), interposed between the external cap (2) and the internal element (3), and structured so as to leave the external cap (2) and the internal element (3) unconstrained with respect to a movement for opening or removal of the external cap (2) between a closed position and an intermediate position, and solidly constrain the external cap (2) and the internal element (3) with respect to the movement for opening or removal of the external cap (2) between the intermediate position and an opening position; the coupling means for coupling the external cap (2) or the internal element (3) and the neck (C) of the container provides for at least one rotation movement about a longitudinal axis (X) for the opening or the removal of the external cap (2) from the neck (C) of the container; the connecting means (4, 5) comprise at least a first connecting element (4), solidly constrained to the external cap (2), and at least a second connecting element (5), solidly constrained to the internal element (3); the internal element (3) comprising a projecting edge (33) of a substantially annular shape and concentric with the longitudinal axis (X), for constraining the internal element to the external cap (2) with respect to movements along the longitudinal axis (X), the first connecting element (4) comprising a small tooth (41, 42) that projects radially from an inner surface of the external cap (2) and faces the internal element (3); the second connecting element (5) comprising a first small tooth (51) that projects from an external surface of the internal element (3) and faces the external cap (2); characterized in that the small tooth (41, 42) projects beneath the projecting edge (33) of the internal element (3), so as to prevent the internal element from sliding off the external cap (2), and that the first small tooth (51), projecting downwards parallel to the longitudinal axis (X), is associated with the projecting edge (33) of the internal element (3). 2. The capsule according to claim 1, wherein the second connecting element (5) comprises a second small tooth (52), alongside the first small tooth (51) so as to define a shaped space to receive the first connecting element (4) in the intermediate opening or removal position. 3. The capsule according to claim 2, wherein the second small tooth (52) has an external side, facing the opposite side that of the first small tooth (51), and shaped so as to facilitate passage over the small tooth (41) of the external cap (2) during the opening rotation of the external cap (2). 4. The capsule according to claim 2, wherein the second small tooth (52) increases in thickness nearer to the first small tooth (51). 5. The capsule according to claim 2, in combination with a container, the container comprising a neck (C) and a projecting edge (101) which is solidly constrained to said neck (C) and is structured so as to come into contact with the second small tooth (52) and to bend the second small tooth (52) outward. 6. The capsule according to claim 2, wherein the second small tooth (52) has a cavity (52C). 7. The capsule according to claim 2, wherein the second small tooth (52) has an appendage (52P) facing the first small tooth (51). 8. The capsule according to claim 2, wherein the internal element (3) comprises a recess (3A) disposed above the second small tooth (52). 9. The capsule according to claim 2, wherein the second small tooth (52) comprises a first portion (52a) and a second portion (52b); the first portion (52) is structured in such a way as substantially not to interact with the small tooth (41); the second portion (52b) is structured to interact with the small tooth (41) and is deformable along a circumferential direction relative to the first portion (52a). 10. The capsule according to claim 2, wherein the first small tooth (51) and the second small tooth (52) are associated with the projecting edge (33) of the internal element (3) and project downwards. 11. The capsule according to claim 1, wherein the internal element (3) comprises a projecting edge (33) endowed with at least a transverse surface (T1) that defines the first small tooth (51). 12. The capsule according to claims 2 and 11, wherein the projecting edge (33) is endowed with at least a second transverse surface (T2), which is facing the first transverse surface (T1) and defines the second tooth (52). 13. The capsule according to claim 11 or 12, wherein the external cap (2) is provided with a connecting element (42) that projects from an inner surface of the external cap (2) and faces the internal element (3), said connecting element (42) being structured so as to come into contact with the projecting edge (33) so as to retain the internal element (3) inside the external cap (2). 14. The capsule according to claim 2, in combination with a container, the container comprising a neck(C) and an abutment element (1C) that radially projects from said neck (C), wherein a third small tooth (513) is solidly constrained to the internal element (3), said third small tooth (513) being structured so as to come into contact and interact with the abutment element (1C). 15. The capsule in combination with a container, according to claim 14, wherein the external cap (2) comprises an abutment (43), which projects towards the internal element (3) from an inner surface of the external cap (2); the abutment (43) is positioned in such a way as to be superimposed on the third small tooth (513) in proximity to the intermediate position. 16. The capsule according to claim 1, wherein the connecting means (4,5) comprise a cam (51) and a cam follower (41), interposed between the external cap (2) and the internal element (3) and structured to come into contact and, during the opening rotation of the external cap (2), to produce an axial movement of the internal element (3), which nears the same internal element (3) to the upper portion (21) of the external cap (2). 17. The capsule according to claim 16, wherein: the cam (51) is solidly constrained to the internal element (3) and projects downwards; the cam follower (41) comprises a tooth that projects inward from a lateral portion (23) of the external cap (2) and is located and shaped to come into contact with the cam (51). 18. The capsule according to claim 1, comprising: a groove (53), fashioned on an upper surface (31) of the internal element (3); a projecting element (410), which projects beneath the upper portion (21) of the external cap (2) and is configured to engage with the groove (53); the groove (53) is shaped so as to produce an axial movement between the internal element (3) and an upper portion (21) of the external cap (2) during the opening rotation. 19. The capsule according to claim 18, wherein the groove (53) has a variable depth, decreasing or increasing in the direction of the opening rotation. 20. The capsule according to claim 1, wherein the connecting means comprise a first small tooth (41) that projects from an inner surface of the external cap (2) and faces the internal element (3), said first small tooth (41) being structured so as to interact with the second connecting element (5) and to retain the internal element (3) inside the external cap (2), with or without a given axial clearance. 21. The capsule according to claim 20, wherein the internal element (3) is provided with a guide section (515), which is structured so as to interact with the first small tooth (41) and to force itself between the first small tooth (41) and the upper portion (21) of the external cap (2) during a closing rotation of the external cap (2), so as to eliminate all clearance between the internal element (3) and the external cap (2) in the axial direction. 22. The capsule according to claim 1, wherein the internal element (3) is configured to be connected to the neck (C) of a container by means of a breakable edge; the second connecting element (5), which is associated with the internal element (3), is structured to come into contact with thefirst connecting element (4) in the intermediate position. 23. The capsule according to claim 22, wherein the second connecting element (5) comprises a cam (51) structured so as to come into contact with the first connecting element (4) in the intermediate position. 24. The capsule according to claim 1, comprising signalling means (S), structured to take on a given configuration in the intermediate position. 25. The capsule according to claim 24, wherein the external cap (2) has at least one transparent or semitransparent top portion (21); the signalling means (5) comprises at least a first signal (71), which is solidly integral with the external cap (2) and visible through the top part (21) thereof, and at least a second signal (72), which is solidly constrained to the internal element (3) and visible through the top part (21) of the external cap (2); the first and the second signal are located so as to align with each other in the intermediate opening. 26. The capsule according to claim 24, wherein the top part (21) of the external cap (2) comprises at least one portion that is transparent and/or the conformation of which consists of a polarized or non-polarized lens or set of lenses. 27. The capsule according to claim 24, wherein the internal element (3) comprises a top portion (31) that is at least partly transparent and/or the conformation of which consists of a polarized or non-polarized lens or set of lenses. 28. The capsule according to claim 24, wherein the signalling means comprises: an upper window (22), fashioned on the external cap (2) and that opens towards the internal element (3), or is transparent, and a signal or symbol (73), solidly constrained to the upper part of the internal element (3); the window (22) and the symbol (73) are located so as to face each other in the intermediate position. 29. The capsule according to claim 1, wherein the first small tooth (51) has an external side shaped so as to facilitate passage over the small tooth (41) of the external cap (2) during the opening rotation of the external cap (2). 30. The capsule according to claim 1, comprising an abutment tooth (514) solidly constrained to the internal element (3) and structured so as to come into contact with the small tooth (41) of the external cap (2) at least during the closing rotation of the external cap (2). 31. The capsule according to claim 1, wherein: the internal element (3) is configured to be connected to the neck (C) of a container by means of a breakable edge; the first (4) and the second (5) connecting means are structured to interact with each other during the rotation opening of the external cap (2), in such a way as to bring about a lifting of the internal element (3) towards the external cap (2) during the opening rotation and cause the breakage of the breakable edge. 32. The capsule according to claim 31, wherein: the second connecting element (5) comprises a cam (51) structured so as to come into contact with the first connecting element; the first connecting element (4) comprises a section (41) that projects from an inner surface of the external cap (2), and it is shaped and located in such a manner as to enable it to interact with the cam (51); the cam (51) is structured so as to bring about a lifting of the internal element (3) to wards the external cap (2) during the opening rotation. 33. A safety capsule for containers, comprising: an external cap (2), having an upper portion (21) from which a lateral portion (23) extends substantially concentric with a longitudinal axis (X); an internal element (3), located inside the external cap (2) and configured to be associated, in a removable manner, with an opening (A) of the container; a coupling means, configured to enable coupling of the external cap (2) or the internal element (3) to the neck (C) of the container; connecting means (4, 5), interposed between the external cap (2) and the internal element (3), and structured so as to leave the external cap (2) and the internal element (3) unconstrained with respect to a movement for opening or removal of the external cap (2) between a closed position and an intermediate position, and solidly constrain the external cap (2) and the internal element (3) with respect to the movement for opening or removal of the external cap (2) between the intermediate position and an opening position; the coupling means for coupling the external cap (2) or the internal element (3) and the neck (C) of the container provides for at least one rotation movement of the external cap (2) about the longitudinal axis (X) for the opening or the removal of the external cap (2) from the neck (C) of the container; the connecting means (4, 5) comprise at least a first connecting element (4), solidly constrained to the external cap (2), and at least a second connecting element (5), solidly constrained to the internal element (3); characterized in that: the first connecting element (4) comprises at least a first bead (45) projecting inward from the lateral portion (23) of the external cap (2); the first connecting element comprises a second bead (46) projecting inward from the lateral portion (23) of the external cap (2), said second bead (46) being alongside the first bead (45) so as to define a seat (47) comprised between the two beads (45,46); the second connecting element (5) comprises a projecting edge (33), solidly constrained to the internal element (3) and structured so as to be located in said seat (47), in the intermediate position foropening or removal of the external cap (2).
Patentansprüche 1. Sicherheitskapsel für Behälter, umfassend: eine externe Kappe (2); ein internes Element (3), das sich in der externen Kappe (2) befindet und ausgelegt ist, um auf entfernbare Weise mit einer Öffnung (A)des Behälters assoziiert zu werden; ein Kupplungsmittel, das ausgelegt ist, um das Kuppeln der externen Kappe (2) oder des internen Elements (3) mit dem Hals (C) des Behälters zu ermöglichen;
Verbindungsmittel (4, 5), die zwischen der externen Kappe (2) und dem internen Element (3) eingesetzt und strukturiert sind, sodass die externe Kappe (2) und das interne Element (3) im Hinblick auf eine Bewegung zum Öffnen oder Entfernen der externen Kappe (2) zwischen einer geschlossenen Position und einer Zwischenposition nicht verbunden sind und die externe Kappe (2) und das interne Element (3) im Hinblick auf die Bewegung zum Öffnen oder Entfernen der externen Kappe (2) zwischen der Zwischenposition und einer Öffnungsposition fest verbunden werden, wobei das Kupplungsmittel zum Kuppeln der externen Kappe (2) oder des internen Elements (3) und des Halses (C) des Behälters für mindestens eine Drehbewegung um eine Längsachse (X) zum Öffnen oder Entfernen der externen Kappe (2) vom Hals (C) des Behälters sorgt; wobei die Verbindungsmittel (4, 5) mindestens ein erstes Verbindungselement (4) umfassen, das fest mit der externen Kappe (2) verbunden ist, und mindestens ein zweites Verbindungselement (5), das fest mit dem internen Element (3) verbunden ist, wobei das interne Element (3) eine hervorstehende Kante (33) umfasst, die im Wesentlichen eine Ringform aufweist und konzentrisch zur Längsachse (X) angeordnet ist, um das interne Element am externen Element (2) im Hinblick auf die Bewegungen entlang der Längsachse (X) zu verbinden, wobei das erste Verbindungselement (4) einen kleinen Zahn (41, 42) umfasst, der radial aus einer innenseitigen Oberfläche der externen Kappe (2) hervorsteht und dem internen Element (3) zugewandt angeordnet ist, wobei das zweite Verbindungselement (5) einen ersten kleinen Zahn (51) umfasst, der aus einer außenseitigen Oberfläche des internen Elements (3) hervorsteht und der externen Kappe (2) zugewandt angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der kleine Zahn (41,42) unter der hervorstehenden Kante (33) des internen Elements (3) hervorsteht, so dass verhindert wird, dass das interne Element von der externen Kappe (2) abrutscht, und dadurch, dass der erste kleine Zahn (51), der nach unten gerichtet parallel zur Längsachse (X) hervorsteht, mit der hervorstehenden Kante (33) des internen Elements (3) assoziiert ist. 2. Kapsel nach Anspruch 1, wobei das zweite Verbindungselement (5) einen zweiten kleinen Zahn (52) neben dem ersten kleinen Zahn (51) umfasst, sodass ein geformter Bereich definiert wird, um das erste Verbindungselement (4) in der Zwischenöff-nungs- oder Entfernungsposition aufzunehmen. 3. Kapsel nach Anspruch 2, wobei der zweite kleine Zahn (52) eine Außenseite besitzt, die der gegenständig angeordneten Seite des ersten kleinen Zahns (51) zugewandt ist, und so ausgebildet ist, dass die Passage über den kleinen Zahn (41) der externen Kappe (2) bei der Drehöffnung der externen Kappe (2) erleichtert wird. 4. Kapsel nach Anspruch 2, wobei der zweite kleine Zahn (52) mit zunehmender Nähe zum ersten kleinen Zahn (51) dicker wird. 5. Kapsel nach Anspruch 2 in Kombination mit einem Behälter, wobei der Behälter einen Hals (C) und eine hervorstehende Kante (101) umfasst, die fest mit dem Hals (C) verbunden und so strukturiert ist, dass sie mit dem zweiten kleinen Zahn (52) in Berührung kommt und den zweiten kleinen Zahn (52) nach außen biegt. 6. Kapsel nach Anspruch 2, wobei der zweite kleine Zahn (52) einen Hohlraum (52C) aufweist. 7. Kapsel nach Anspruch 2, wobei der zweite kleine Zahn (52) einen Fortsatz (52P) aufweist, der dem ersten kleinen Zahn (51) zugewandt ist. 8. Kapsel nach Anspruch 2, wobei das interne Element (3) eine Vertiefung (3A) umfasst, die über dem zweiten kleinen Zahn (52) angeordnet ist. 9. Kapsel nach Anspruch 2, wobei der zweite kleine Zahn (52) einen ersten Abschnitt (52a) und einen zweiten Abschnitt (52b) umfasst, wobei der erste Abschnitt (52) so strukturiert ist, dass er im Wesentlichen nicht mit dem kleinen Zahn (41 ) interagiert, wobei der zweite Abschnitt (52b) strukturiert ist, um mit dem kleinen Zahn (41) zu interagieren und entlang einer Umfangsrichtung relativ zum ersten Abschnitt (52a) verformbar ist. 10. Kapsel nach Anspruch 2, wobei der erste kleine Zahn (51) und der zweite kleine Zahn (52) mit der hervorstehenden Kante (33) des internen Elements (3) assoziiert und nach unten gerichtet sind. 11. Kapsel nach Anspruch 1, wobei das interne Element (3) eine hervorstehende Kante (33) umfasst, die mit mindestens einer Queroberfläche (T1) ausgestattet ist, die den ersten kleinen Zahn (51) definiert. 12. Kapsel nach Anspruch 2 und 11, wobei die hervorstehende Kante (33) mit mindestens einer zweiten Queroberfläche (T2) ausgestattet ist, die der ersten Queroberfläche (T1) zugewandt angeordnet ist und den zweiten Zahn (52) definiert. 13. Kapsel nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, wobei die externe Kappe (2) mit einem Verbindungselement (42) versehen ist, das aus einer innenseitigen Oberfläche der externen Kappe (2) hervorsteht und dem internen Element (3) zugewandt ist, wobei das Verbindungselement (42) so strukturiert ist, dass es mit der hervorstehenden Kante (33) in Berührung kommt, sodass das interne Element (3) in der externen Kappe (2) gehalten wird. 14. Kapsel nach Anspruch 2 in Kombination mit einem Behälter, wobei der Behälter einen Hals (C) und ein Anschlagselement (1C) umfasst, das radial aus dem Hals (C) hervorsteht, wobei ein dritter kleiner Zahn (513) fest mit dem internen Element (3) verbunden ist, wobei der dritte kleine Zahn (513) so strukturiert ist, dass er mit dem Anschlagselement(IC) in Berührung kommtund mit diesem interagiert. 15. Kapsel in Kombination mit einem Behälter nach Anspruch 14, wobei die externe Kappe (2) einen Anschlag (43) umfasst, der hinführend zum internen Element (3) aus einer innenseitigen Oberfläche der externen Kappe (2) hervorsteht, wobei der Anschlag (43) so positioniert ist, dass er auf dem dritten kleinen Zahn (513) in der Nähe der Zwischenposition angeordnet werden kann. 16. Kapsel nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Verbindungsmittel (4,5) einen Nocken (51) und einen Nockenstößel (41) umfassen, eingesetzt zwischen der externen Kappe (2) und dem internen Element (3) und strukturiert, um miteinander in Berührung zu kommen und um während der Öffnungsdrehung der externen Kappe (2) eine axiale Bewegung des internen Elements (3) zu erzeugen, die das interne Element (3) an den oberen Abschnitt (21) der externen Kappe (2) annähert. 17. Kapsel nach Anspruch 16, wobei der Nocken (51) fest mit dem internen Element (3) verbunden ist und nach unten hervorsteht und der Nockenstößel (41) einen Zahn aufweist, der aus einem seitlichen Abschnitt (23) der externen Kappe (2) nach innen her vorsteht und angeordnet und ausgebildet ist, um mit dem Nocken (51) in Berührung zu kommen. 18. Kapsel nach Anspruch 1, umfassend eine Nut (53), die auf einer oberseitigen Oberfläche (31) des internen Elements (3) ausgestaltet ist, ein hervorstehendes Element (410), das unter dem oberseitigen Abschnitt (21 ) der externen Kappe (2) hervorsteht und ausgelegt ist, um mit der Nut (53) in Eingriff zu gelangen, wobei die Nut (53) ausgebildet ist, um eine axiale Bewegung zwischen dem internen Element (3) und einem oberseitigen Abschnitt (21 ) der externen Kappe (2) während der Öffnungsdrehung zu erzeugen. 19. Kapsel nach Anspruch 18, wobei die Nut (53) eine variable Tiefe aufweist, die in Richtung deröffnungs-drehung ab- oder zunimmt. 20. Kapsel nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Verbindungsmittel einen ersten kleinen Zahn (41 ) umfassen, der aus einer innenseitigen Oberfläche der externen Kappe (2) hervorsteht und dem internen Element (3) zugewandt ist, wobei der erste kleine Zahn (41) strukturiert ist, um mit dem zweiten Verbindungselement (5) zu interagieren und das interne Element (3) in der externen Kappe (2) mit oder ohne vorgegebenem Axialspiel zu halten. 21. Kapsel nach Anspruch 20, wobei das interne Element (3) mit einer Führungssektion (515) versehen ist, die strukturiert ist, um mit dem ersten kleinen Zahn (41 ) zu interagieren und forciert zwischen dem ersten kleinen Zahn (41) und dem oberseitigen Abschnitt (21) der externen Kappe (2) während einer Schließdrehung der externen Kappe (2) eingesetzt zu werden, sodass das gesamte Spiel zwischen dem internen Element (3) und der externen Kappe (2) in Axialrichtung ausgeglichen wird. 22. Kapsel nach Anspruch 1, wobei das interne Element (3) ausgelegt ist, um mit dem Hals (C) eines Behälters mittels einer durchbrechbaren Kante verbunden zu werden, wobei das zweite Verbindungselement (5), das mit dem internen Element (3) assoziiert ist, strukturiert ist, um mit dem ersten Verbindungselement (4) in der Zwischenposition in Berührung zu kommen. 23. Kapsel nach Anspruch 22, wobei das zweite Verbindungselement (5) einen Nocken (51) umfasst, der strukturiert ist, um mit dem ersten Verbindungselement (4) in der Zwischenposition in Berührung zu kommen. 24. Kapsel nach Anspruch 1, umfassend Signalisierungsmittel (S), die strukturiert sind, um eine vorgegebene Konfiguration in der Zwischenposition ein- zunehmen. 25. Kapsel nach Anspruch 24, wobei die externe Kappe (2) mindestens einen durchsichtigen oder halb durchsichtigen obersten Abschnitt (21 ) aufweist, wobei die Signalisierungsmittel (S) mindestens ein erstes Signal (71) umfassen, das fest mit der externen Kappe (2) verbunden und durch deren obersten Teil (21) sichtbar ist, und mindestens ein zweites Signal (72), das fest mit dem internen Element (3) verbunden und durch den obersten Teil (21) der externen Kappe (2) sichtbar ist, wobei das erste und das zweite Signal so angeordnet sind, dass sie in der Zwischenöffnung zueinander ausgerichtet werden. 26. Kapsel nach Anspruch 24, wobei der oberste Teil (21) der externen Kappe (2) mindestens einen Abschnitt umfasst, der durchsichtig ist, und/oder dessen Beschaffenheit aus einer polarisierten oder nicht polarisierten Linse oder einem Satz von Linsen besteht. 27. Kapsel nach Anspruch 24, wobei das interne Element (3) einen obersten Abschnitt (31 ) umfasst, der mindestens teilweise durchsichtig ist, und/oder dessen Beschaffenheit aus einer polarisierten oder nicht polarisierten Linse oder einem Satz von Linsen besteht. 28. Kapsel nach Anspruch 24, wobei die Signalisierungsmittel umfassen: ein oberseitiges Fenster(22), das auf der externen Kappe (2) ausgestaltet ist und sich hinführend zum internen Element (3) öffnet oder durchsichtig ist, und ein Signal oder Symbol (73), das fest mit dem oberseitigen Teil des internen Elements (3) verbunden ist, wobei das Fenster (22) und das Symbol (73) so angeordnet sind, dass sie in der Zwischenposition einander zugewandt sind. 29. Kapsel nach Anspruch 1, wobei der erste kleine Zahn (51) eine Außenseite besitzt, die so ausgebildet ist, dass die Passage über den kleinen Zahn (41 ) der externen Kappe (2) bei der Drehöffnung der externen Kappe (2) erleichtert wird. 30. Kapsel nach Anspruch 1, umfassend einen Anschlagszahn (514), der fest mit dem internen Element (3) verbunden und strukturiert ist, um mit dem kleinen Zahn (41 ) der externen Kappe (2) zumindest während der Schließdrehung der externen Kappe (2) in Berührung zu kommen. 31. Kapsel nach Anspruch 1, wobei das interne Element (3) ausgelegt ist, um mit dem Hals (C) eines Behälters mittels einer durchbrechbaren Kante verbunden zu werden, wobei die ersten (4) und die zweiten (5) Verbindungsmittel strukturiert sind, um miteinander während der Drehöffnung der externen Kappe (2) zu interagieren, sodass ein Anheben des internen Elements (3) hinführend zur externen Kappe (2) während der Öffnungsdrehung herbeigeführt wird und das Durchbrechen der durchbrechbaren Kante verursacht. 32. Kapsel nach Anspruch 31, wobei das zweite Verbindungselement (5) einen Nocken (51) umfasst, der strukturiert ist, um mit dem ersten Verbindungselement in Berührung zu kommen, wobei das erste Verbindungselement (4) eine Sektion (41) umfasst, die aus einer inneren Oberfläche der externen Kappe (2) hervorsteht und so ausgebildet und angeordnet ist, dass sie mit dem Nocken (51) interagieren kann, wobei der Nocken (51) strukturiert ist, um ein Anheben des internen Elements (3) hinführend zur externen Kappe (2) während der Öffnungsdrehung herbeizuführen. 33. Sicherheitskapsel für Behälter, umfassend: eine externe Kappe (2), aufweisend einen oberseitigen Abschnitt (21) aus dem sich ein seitlicher Abschnitt (23) im Wesentlichen konzentrisch zu einer Längsachse (X) erstreckt; ein internes Element (3), das sich in der externen Kappe (2) befindet und ausgelegt ist, um auf entfernbare Weise mit einer Öffnung (A) des Behälters assoziiert zu werden; ein Kupplungsmittel, das ausgelegt ist, um das Kuppeln der externen Kappe (2) oder des internen Elements (3) mit dem Hals (C) des Behälters zu ermöglichen;
Verbindungsmittel (4, 5), die zwischen der externen Kappe (2) und dem internen Element (3) eingesetzt und strukturiert sind, sodass die externe Kappe (2) und das interne Element (3) im Hinblick auf eine Bewegung zum Öffnen oder Entfernen der externen Kappe (2) zwischen einer geschlossenen Position und einer Zwischenposition nicht verbunden sind und die externe Kappe (2) und das interne Element (3) im H inblick auf die Bewegung zum Öffnen oder Entfernen der externen Kappe (2) zwischen der Zwischenposition und einer Öffnungsposition fest verbunden werden, wobei das Kupplungsmittel zum Kuppeln der externen Kappe (2) oder des internen Elements (3) und des Halses (C) des Behälters für mindestens eine Drehbewegung der externen Kappe (2) um eine Längsachse (X) zum Öffnen oder Entfernen der externen Kappe (2) vom Hals (C) des Behälters sorgt; wobei die Verbindungsmittel (4, 5) mindestens ein erstes Verbindungselement (4) umfassen, das fest mit der externen Kappe (2) verbunden ist, und mindestens ein zweites Verbindungselement (5), das fest mit dem internen Element (3) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Verbindungselement (4) mindestens einen ersten Wulst (45) umfasst, der aus dem seitlichen Abschnitt (23) der externen Kappe (2) nach innen hervorsteht, wobei das Verbindungselement einen zweiten Wulst (46) umfasst, der aus dem seitlichen Abschnitt (23) der externen Kappe (2) nach innen hervorsteht, wobei der zweite Wulst (46) neben dem ersten Wulst (45) angeordnet ist, um eine Aufnahme (47) zu definieren, die zwischen den zwei Wülsten (45, 46) enthalten ist, wobei das zweite Verbindungselement (5) eine hervorstehende Kante (33) umfasst, die fest mit dem internen Element (3) verbunden und strukturiert ist, um in dieser Aufnahme (47) in der Zwischenposition zum ÖfFnen oder Entfernen der externen Kappe (2) angeordnet zu werden.
Revendications 1. Capsule de sécurité pour récipients, comprenant : un bouchon externe (2) ; un élément interne (3), situé à l’intérieur du bouchon externe (2) et configuré pour être associé, de façon amovible, à une ouverture (A) du récipient ; un moyen d’accouplement, configuré pour permettre l’accouplement du bouchon externe (2) ou de l’élément interne (3) au col (C) du récipient ; des moyens de raccordement (4, 5), interposés entre le bouchon externe (2) et l’élément interne (3), et structurés de manière à désolidariser le bouchon externe (2) et l’élément interne (3) par rapport à un mouvement d’ouverture ou de retrait du bouchon externe (2) entre une position de fermeture et une position intermédiaire, et à rendre solidaires le bouchon externe (2) et l’élément interne (3) par rapport au mouvement d’ouverture et de retrait du bouchon externe (2) entre la position intermédiaire et une position d’ouverture ; le moyen d’accouplement servant à accoupler le bouchon externe (2) ou l’élément interne (3) et le col (C) du récipient prévoit au moins un mouvement de rotation autour d’un axe longitudinal (X) pour l’ouverture ou le retrait du bouchon externe (2) du col (C) du récipient ; les moyens de raccordement (4, 5) comprennent au moins un premier élément de raccordement (4), solidaire du bouchon extérieur (2), et au moins un second élément de raccordement (5), solidaire de l’élément interne (3) ; l’élément interne (3) comprenant un bord en saillie (33) ayant une forme substantiellement annulaire et concentrique avec l’axe longitudinal (X), pour contraindre l’élément interne au bouchon externe (2) par rapport aux mouvements le long de l’axe longitudinal (X), le premier élément de raccordement (4) comprenant une petite dent (41, 42) dépassant ra-dialement d’une surface interne du bouchon externe (2) et faisant face à l’élément interne (3) ; le second élément de raccordement (5) comprenant une première petite dent (51) dépassant d’une surface externe de l’élément interne (3) et faisant face au bouchon externe (2) ; caractérisée en ce que la petite dent (41,42) dépasse sous le bord en saillie (33) de l’élément interne (3) de manière à empêcherque l’élément interne ne glisse hors du bouchon externe (2), et que la première petite dent (51), dépassant vers le bas et parallèle à l’axe longitudinal (X), soit associée au bord en saillie (33) de l’élément interne (3). 2. Capsule selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le second élément de raccordement (5) comprend une seconde petite dent (52) à côté de la première petite dent (51) de manière à définir un espace façonné pour recevoir le premier élément de raccordement (4) dans la position d’ouverture intermédiaire ou de retrait. 3. Capsule selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle la seconde petite dent (52) comporte un côté externe faisant face au côté opposé de celui de la première petite dent (51) et façonné de manière à faciliter le passage sur la petite dent (41) du bouchon externe (2) lors delà rotation d’ouverture du bouchon externe (2). 4. Capsule selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle l’épaisseurde la seconde petite dent (52) augmente en s’approchant de la première petite dent (51). 5. Capsule selon la revendication 2 en combinaison avec un récipient, le récipient comprenant un col (C) et un bord en saillie (101) étant solidaire dudit col (C) et étant structuré de manière à se mettre en contact avec la seconde petite dent (52) et pour plier la seconde petite dent (52) vers l’extérieur. 6. Capsule selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle la seconde petite dent (52) comporte une cavité (52C). 7. Capsule selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle la seconde petite dent (52) comporte un appendice (52P) faisant face à la première petite dent (51 ). 8. Capsule selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle l’élément interne (3) comporte un renfoncement (3A) dis- posé au-dessus de la seconde petite dent (52). 9. Capsule selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle la seconde petite dent (52) comprend une première partie (52a) et une seconde partie (52b) ; la première partie (52) est structurée de manière à substantiellement ne pas interagir avec la petite dent (41) ; la seconde partie (52b) est structurée pour interagir avec la petite dent (41) et est déformable le long d’une direction périphérique par rapport à la première partie (52a). 10. Capsule selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle la première petite dent (51) et la seconde petite dent (52) sont associées au bord en saillie (33) de l’élément interne (3) et dépassent vers le bas. 11. Capsule selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle l’élément interne (3) comprend un bord en saillie (33) doté d’au moins une surface transversale (T1) définissant la première petite dent (51). 12. Capsule selon les revendications 2 et 11, dans laquelle le bord en saillie (33) est doté d’au moins une seconde surface transversale (T2) faisant face à la première surface transversale (T1) et définit la seconde dent (52). 13. Capsule selon la revendication 11 ou 12, dans laquelle le bouchon externe (2) est pourvu d’un élément de raccordement (42) dépassant d’une surface interne du bouchon externe (2) etfaisantface à l’élément interne (3), ledit élément de raccordement (42) étant structuré de manière à se mettre en contact avec le bord en saillie (33) de manière à retenir l’élément interne (3) à l’intérieur du bouchon externe (2). 14. Capsule selon la revendication 2, en combinaison avec un récipient, le récipient comprenant un col (C) et un élément de butée (1 C) dépassant radialement dudit col (C), dans laquelle une troisième petite dent (513) est solidaire de l’élément interne (3), ladite troisième petite dent (513) étant structurée de manière à se mettre en contact avec l’élément de butée (1 C). 15. Capsule en combinaison avec un récipient, selon la revendication 14, dans laquelle le bouchon externe (2) comprend une butée (43) dépassant vers l’élément interne (3) d’une surface interne du bouchon externe (2) ; la butée (43) est positionnée de manière à être superposée sur la troisième petite dent (513) à proximité de la position intermédiaire. 16. Capsule selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle les moyens de raccordement (4, 5) comprennent une came (51) et un poussoir de came (41) interposés entre le bouchon extérieur (2) et l’élément interne (3) et structurés pour se mettre en contact et, lors de la rotation d’ouverture du bouchon externe (2), pour produire un mouvement axial de l’élément interne (3) rapprochant le même élément interne (3) de la partie supérieure (21) du bouchon externe (2). 17. Capsule selon la revendication 16, dans laquelle la came (51) est solidaire de l’élément interne (3) et dépasse vers le bas ; le poussoir de came (41 ) comprend une dent dépassant vers l’intérieur d’une partie latérale (23) du bouchon externe (2) et est située et façonnée pour venir au contact de la came (51). 18. Capsule selon la revendication 1, comprenant une rainure (53) façonnée sur une surface supérieure (31) de l’élément interne (3) ; un élément en saillie (410), dépassant sous la partie supérieure (21) du bouchon extérieur (2) et étant configuré pour se mettre en prise avec la rainure (53) ; la rainure (53) possède une forme permettant de produire un mouvement axial entre l’élément interne (3) et une partie supérieure (21) du bouchon externe (2) lors de la rotation d’ouverture. 19. Capsule selon la revendication 18, dans laquelle la rainure (53) comporte une profondeur variable, décroissante ou croissante dans la direction de la rotation d’ouverture. 20. Capsule selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle les moyens de raccordement comprennent une première petite dent (41) dépassant d’une surface interne du bouchon externe (2) et faisant face à l’élément interne (3), ladite première petite dent (41) étant structurée de manière à interagir avec le second élément de raccordement (5) et pour retenir l’élément interne (3) à l’intérieurdu bouchon externe (2), avec ou sans un jeu axial donné. 21. Capsule selon la revendication 20, dans laquelle l’élément interne (3) est pourvu d’une section de guidage (515) étant structurée de manière à interagir avec la première petite dent (41) et pour se forcer entre la première petite dent (41) et la partie supérieure (21) du bouchon externe (2) lors d’une rotation de fermeture du bouchon externe (2) de sorte à éliminer tout jeu entre l’élément interne (3) et le bouchon externe (2) dans la direction axiale. 22. Capsule selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle l’élément interne (3) est configuré pour être relié au col (C) d’un récipient au moyen d’un bord cassable ; le second élément de raccordement (5), étant associé à l’élément interne (3), est structuré pour se mettre en contact avec le premier élément de raccordement (4) dans la position intermédiaire. 23. Capsule selon la revendication 22, dans laquelle le second élément de raccordement (5) comprend une came (51) structurée de manière à se mettre en contact avec le premier élément de raccordement (4) dans la position intermédiaire. 24. Capsule selon la revendication 1, comprenant des moyens de signalement (S) structurés pour prendre une configuration donnée dans la position intermédiaire. 25. Capsule selon la revendication 24, dans laquelle le bouchon externe (2) comporte au moins une partie supérieure transparente ou semi-transparente (21 ) ; le moyen de signalement (S) comprend au moins un premier signal (71) étant solidaire du bouchon externe (2) et visible à travers la partie supérieure (21 ) de celui-ci, et au moins un second signal (72) étant solidaire de l’élément interne (3) et visible à travers la partie supérieure (21) du bouchon externe (2) ; les premier et second signaux sont situés de manière à être réciproquement alignés dans l’ouverture intermédiaire. 26. Capsule selon la revendication 24, dans laquelle la partie supérieure (21) du bouchon externe (2) comprend au moins une partie étant transparente et/ou dont la forme consiste en une lentille polarisée ou non polarisée ou un ensemble de lentilles. 27. Capsule selon la revendication 24, dans laquelle l’élément interne (3) comprend une partie supérieure (31 ) étant au moins partiellement transparente et/ou dont la forme consiste en une lentille polarisée ou non polarisée ou un ensemble de lentilles. 28. Capsule selon la revendication 24, dans laquelle le moyen de signalement comprend une fenêtre supérieure (22) façonnée sur le bouchon externe (2) et s’ouvrant vers l’élément interne (3), ou est transparente, et un signal ou symbole (73) solidaire de la partie supérieure de l’élément interne (3) ; la fenêtre (22) et le symbole (73) sont situés de manière à se faire face dans la position intermédiaire. 29. Capsule selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la première petite dent (51) comporte un côté externe façonné de manière à faciliter le passage sur la petite dent (41) du bouchon externe (2) lors de la rotation d’ouverture du bouchon externe (2). 30.
