Igény van azonban olyan vegyületekre, amelyek kis felhasznált mennyiségnél nagyfokú szelektivitást mutatnak. azaz gátolják a nemkívánatos növények növekedését, anélkül, hogy a kultúrnövényeket károsítják.However, there is a need for compounds which exhibit a high degree of selectivity at low amounts used. that is, they inhibit the growth of undesirable plants without damaging the crop.
E feladatnak megfelelően találtuk az (I) általános képletű ciklohexenon-oximéter-származékokat, amelyek kitűnnek a nemkívánatos fűfélék elleni jó herbicid hatásukkal. Ezeket a vegyületeket elviselik a kétszikű kultúrnövények, valamint közülük egyeseket a pázsitfűfélék, így a rizs.In accordance with this task, we have found cyclohexenone oximetry derivatives of the formula I, which have excellent herbicidal activity against undesirable grasses. These compounds are tolerated by dicotyledonous plants and some of them by lawns such as rice.
Az (I) általános képletű ciklohexenon-származékokat önmagában ismert módon előállíthatjuk a már ismert (II) általános képletű származékokból (lásd az EP-A 80 301, EP-A 125 094, EP-A 142 741, EPA 137 174, és EP-A 177 913 számú nyilvánosságra hozott európai szabadalmi bejelentést, valamint az USA 4 249 937 számú nyilvánosságra hozott amerikai egyesült államokbeli szabadalmi bejelentést) és a megfelelő (III) általános képletű hidroxil-amin-származékokból (Houben Weyl, 10/1 S. 1181 ff) (lásd az EPA 169 521 számú nyilvánosságra hozott európai szabadalmi bejelentést).Cyclohexenone derivatives of formula (I) may be prepared in a manner known per se from known derivatives of formula (II) (see EP-A 80 301, EP-A 125 094, EP-A 142 741, EPA 137 174, and European Patent Application Publication No. 177,913; and U.S. Patent Publication No. 4,249,937; and the corresponding hydroxylamine derivatives of Formula III (Houben Weyl, 10/1 S. 1181 ff). (see European Patent Application Publication No. 169,521).
A reakciót célszerűen heterogén fázisban végezzük, oldószerben, körülbelül 80 °C alatti megfelelő hőmérsékleten, bázis jelenlétében; a (III) általános képletű hidroxil-amin-származékot ammóniumsó formájában alkalmazzuk. The reaction is conveniently carried out in a heterogeneous phase in a solvent at a suitable temperature below about 80 ° C in the presence of a base; the hydroxylamine derivative of formula (III) is used in the form of an ammonium salt.
Suitable bases are, for example, alkali metal, alkaline earth metal carbonates, bicarbonates, acetates, alcoholates or oxides. especially sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, magnesium oxide, calcium oxide. In addition, organic bases such as pyridine or tertiary amines may be used. For example, the base is added in an amount of 0.5 to 2 molar equivalents relative to the ammonium compound.
A reakciót előnyösen metanolban végezzük, bázisként nátrium-hidrogén-karbonátot használva.Suitable solvents are, for example, dimethylsulfoxide; alcohols. such as methanol, ethanol and isopropyl alcohol; aromatic hydrocarbons. such as benzene and toluene; chlorinated hydrocarbons such as chloroform and dichloroethane; aliphatic hydrocarbons such as hexane and cyclohexane; esters such as ethyl acetate; ethers such as diethyl ether, dioxane and tetrahydrofuran. The reaction is preferably carried out in methanol using sodium bicarbonate as the base.
The reaction is completed in a few hours. For example, the target compound is concentrated by evaporation of the mixture. isolated by shaking the residue with a mixture of dichloromethane and water and evaporating the solvent in vacuo.
Ehhez a reakcióhoz azonban közvetlenül a szabad hidroxil-amin bázist is felhasználhatjuk, például vizes oldat formájában; így a (II) általános képletű vegyülethez alkalmazott oldószer minősége szerint egy- vagy kétfázisú reakcióelegyet kapunk. However, the free hydroxylamine base may be used directly for this reaction, for example in the form of an aqueous solution; Thus, a single or biphasic reaction mixture is obtained, depending on the nature of the solvent used for the compound of formula II.
Suitable solvents for this variant include alcohols such as methanol, ethanol, isopropyl alcohol and cyclohexanol; aliphatic and aromatic, optionally chlorinated hydrocarbons such as hexane, cyclohexane, methylene chloride, toluene and ethylene dichloride; esters such as ethyl acetate; nitriles such as acetonitrile; cyclic ethers such as dioxane and tetrahydrofuran.

A (II) általános képletű vegyületeket például a megfelelő (IV) általános képletű ciklohexán- 1,3-dionokból, amelyek képletében Y jelentése hidrogénatom vagy metoxi-karbonil-csoport, ismert módszerekkel [Tetrahedron Lett., 2491 (1975)] állíthatjuk elő.For example, compounds of formula II can be prepared from the corresponding cyclohexane-1,3-dions of formula IV wherein Y is hydrogen or methoxycarbonyl by known methods (Tetrahedron Lett., 1975, 2491).
A (Π) általános képletű vegyületeket az enol-észter közbülső fokozatokon át is előállíthatjuk, amelyek a (IV) általános képletű vegyületeknek bázisok jelenlétében savkloridokkal való reagáltatásával keletkeznek, majd a meghatározott imidazol- vagy piridin-származékokkal átalakíthatok a kívánt vegyületekké (JPOS 79/063 052 számú nyilvánosságra hozott japán szabadalmi bejelentés).Compounds of formula (Π) may also be prepared via enol ester intermediates, which are formed by reacting compounds of formula (IV) with acid chlorides in the presence of bases, and then converted to the desired compounds with the specified imidazole or pyridine derivatives (JPOS 79/063). A (III) általános képletű hidroxil-amin-származékok szintézise a [B] reakcióvázlat szerint történik; a (VII) általános képletű vegyületben Y egy kilépő csoportot jelent, például halogénatomot. így klór-, bróm-, jódatomot vagy a mezil-oxi-csoportot.The hydroxylamine derivatives of formula (III) are synthesized according to Scheme [B]; in compound (VII), Y represents a leaving group, for example a halogen atom. such as chlorine, bromine, iodine or mesyloxy.

A (VII) általános képletű vegyületet (V) általános képletű ciklikus hidroxi-imiddel kapcsoljuk és az így kapott (VI) általános képletű védett hidroxil-amin-számnazékból például 2-aminoetanollal a szabad (III) általános képletű hidroxil-aminszármazékot lehasítjuk.Alkylating agents for the synthesis of hydroxylamine derivatives of formula (III) are known in the art (see DE-A 3 437 919, DE-A 2 654 646, DE-A 2 714 561, DE-A 948 871, DE- German Patent Publication No. 948,872; Tetrahedron Lett., 1979, 28, 2639; Org. The compound (VII) is coupled with the cyclic hydroxyimide (V) and the free hydroxylamine derivative (III) is cleaved from the protected hydroxylamine number compound (VI), for example with 2-aminoethanol.
Például a következő vegyületek jönnek tekintetbe:In the cyclic hydroxyimides of formula (V), for example, D is C2-C3 alkylene. C 2 -C 2 alkenylene or C 5 -C 6 or 6-membered ring group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms and optionally containing 1 nitrogen atom, such as phenylene, pyridinylene, cyclopentylene, cyclohexylene or cyclohexenylene. For example, the following compounds are contemplated:
Ν-hidroxi-ftálimid-, N-hidroxi-maleinid, N-hidroxi-piridin-2,3-dikarboximid, N-hidroxi-ciklohexén1,2-dikarboximid, N-hidroxi-szukcinimid, N-hidroxiciklohexén-4,5-dikarboximid, N-hidroxi-glutárimid.? -Hydroxyphthalimide, N-hydroxy-maleimide, N-hydroxypyridine-2,3-dicarboximide, N-hydroxycyclohexene-1,2-dicarboximide, N-hydroxysuccinimide, N-hydroxycyclohexene-4,5-dicarboximide , N-hydroxyglutarimide.
Példaként megemlítjük az ásványi bázisokat, így az alkálifém- és alkáliföldfém-karbonátokat, az alkálifémThe reaction of the compounds of formula (VII) with the hydroxyimides of formula (V) is conveniently carried out in the presence of a base. In principle, any base capable of deprotonating the hydroxyimide derivative of formula (V) without attacking the imide system is suitable for this purpose. These are especially the so-called non-nucleophilic bases. Examples include mineral bases such as alkali metal and alkaline earth metal carbonates, alkali metal
Alkalmazhatjuk ezeknek a bázisoknak az elegyét is.- and alkaline earth metal bicarbonates; organic bases such as aliphatic, cycloaliphatic and aromatic tertiary amines. A mixture of these bases may also be used.
Egyedi vegyületekként megemlítjük példának okáért a következő bázisokat: nátrium-karbonát, káliumkarbonát, magnézium-karbonát, kalcium-karbonát, bárium-karbonát, ezeknek a fémeknek a hidrogén-karbonátjai, trimetil-amin, trietil-amin, tributil-amin, etil-diizopropil-amin, Ν,Ν-dimetil-anilin, 4-(N,N-dimetilamino)-piridin, diaza-biciklooktán, diazabicikloundekán, N-metil-piperidin, 1,4-dimetil-piperazin, piridin, kinolin, bipiridin, fenantrolin. Előnyös bázis az olcsó nátrium- és kálium-karbonát.Specific examples include the following bases: sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, calcium carbonate, barium carbonate, bicarbonates of these metals, trimethylamine, triethylamine, tributylamine, ethyldiisopropyl -amine, Ν, Ν-dimethylaniline, 4- (N, N-dimethylamino) pyridine, diazabicyclooctane, diazabicycloundecane, N-methylpiperidine, 1,4-dimethylpiperazine, pyridine, quinoline, bipyridine, phenanthroline . Preferred bases are cheap sodium and potassium carbonate.
A bázist általában a hidroxi-imid-származékra vonatkoztatott ekvivalens mennyiségben vagy ötszörös ekvivalens mennyiségig terjedő feleslegben adjuk a reakcióelegyhez. Generally, the base is added to the reaction mixture in an amount equivalent to the hydroxyimide derivative or in an amount up to 5 times equivalent. Larger excess is possible but with no additional benefits. A small amount of base is also possible. However, it is preferred to use from 1 to 3, in particular 1 to 2 equivalents, of base relative to the hydroxyimide derivative of formula (V).
A nukleofil bázisok. Nucleophilic bases. Thus, the use of alkali metal and alkaline earth metal hydroxides, in particular sodium and potassium hydroxides, is also possible. In this case, it is preferable to use the base in an equivalent amount to the hydroxyimide derivative of formula (V) to prevent nucleophilic attack of the hydroxide ions on the carbonyl function of the imide group.
A (VII) általános képletű kiindulási vegyületeket az (V) általános képletű hidroxi-imid-származékkal olyan oldószerben reagáltatjuk, mely a reakció körülményei között inért módon viselkedik. Előnyös oldószerek például a poláros aprotikus oldószerek. The starting compounds of formula (VII) are reacted with the hydroxyimide derivative of formula (V) in a solvent which acts in an inert manner under the reaction conditions. Preferred solvents are, for example, polar aprotic solvents. Examples include N, N-dimethylformamide, N-methylpyrrolidone, dimethyl sulfoxide, sulfolane and cyclic ureas. The amount of solvent is generally not critical.
A (VII) általános képletű kiindulási vegyületeknek az (V) általános képletű hidroxi-imid-származékokkal való reagáltatása fázistranszfer-katalízis alkalmazásával is végezhető. Ebben az esetben a vízzel két fázist alkotó oldószert, előnyösen valamilyen klórozott szénhidrogént használunk. Fázistranszfer-katalizátorként a szokásosan ilyen célra alkalmazott kvatemer ammónium- és foszfóniumsók, polietilénglikolok, polietilénglikol-éterek és korona-éterek alkalmasak, ahogy azokat például Dehmlow et al. igák le (Phase Transfer Catalysis, 37-45 és 86-93 old., Verlag Chemie, Weinheim 1980). A fázistranszfer-katalizátorokat célszerűen a reakcióelegy térfogatára vonatkoztatott 1-10 térfogat%, előnyösen 3-5 térfogat% mennyiségben alkalmazzuk. The reaction of the starting compounds of formula VII with the hydroxyimide derivatives of formula V can also be carried out using phase transfer catalysis. In this case, the solvent is a two-phase water, preferably a chlorinated hydrocarbon. Suitable phase transfer catalysts include the quaternary ammonium and phosphonium salts, polyethylene glycols, polyethylene glycol ethers and crown ethers commonly used for this purpose, such as those described by Dehmlow et al. (Phase Transfer Catalysis, pp. 37-45 and 86-93, Verlag Chemie, Weinheim 1980). The phase transfer catalysts are preferably used in an amount of 1 to 10% by volume, preferably 3 to 5% by volume, of the reaction mixture.
A (VII) általános képletű kiindulási vegyületeknek az (V) általános képletű hidroxi-imid-származékokkal való reakcióját általában 0 °C és 140 °C közötti, előnyösen 20 °C és 100 °C közötti, különösen előnyösen 40 °C és 80 °C közötti hőmérséklet-tartományban hajtjuk végre. Célszerűen úgy járunk el, hogy az (V) általános képletű hidroxi-imid-származékot a bázissal együtt oldjuk az oldószerben, és a (VII) általános képletűThe reaction of the starting compounds of formula (VII) with the hydroxyimide derivatives of formula (V) is generally from 0 ° C to 140 ° C, preferably from 20 ° C to 100 ° C, particularly preferably from 40 ° C to 80 ° C. temperature range. Preferably, the hydroxyimide derivative of formula (V) is dissolved in the solvent together with the base and the compound of formula (VII)
Add the starting compound to this solution. In addition, it may be advantageous to add the hydroxyimide derivative at a lower temperature, such as 0 ° C to 50 ° C, and warm the reaction mixture to the actual reaction temperature only after the addition.
After completion of the reaction, the cooled reaction mixture is suitably mixed with water to form the resulting hydroxyimide derivatives of formula (VI) as a crystalline solid or in oily form. The hydroxylamine derivatives thus obtained can, if desired, be further purified by recrystallization or extraction.
The hydroxylamine derivatives of formula (VI) can be intervened or converted immediately to the free amino group of hydroxylamine derivatives of formula (III). The conversion can be carried out in a manner known per se, as described, for example, in DE-A 36 15 973 and references cited therein. Preferred is the process described in DE-A 35 15 973 where the hydroxylamine derivatives of formula III are liberated with 2-aminoethanol. The hydroxylamine derivatives of formula (III) may also be liberated with other bases, such as aqueous mineral basic solutions, amines, hydrazines, hydroxylamines or aqueous acid solutions.
Ehhez általában ezeknek a savaknak híg oldatait reagáltatjuk a hidroxil-amin-származékokkal, éspedig célszerűen ekvivalens mennyiségben. The hydroxylamine derivatives of formula (III) may be isolated from reaction mixtures obtained by these processes by conventional working methods, such as extraction or crystallization. Conversion of these hydroxylamines to their crystallization tendency can often be beneficial when converted to their salts with mineral acids or organic acids. In general, dilute solutions of these acids are reacted with hydroxylamine derivatives, preferably in equivalent amounts.
The hydroxylammonium salts thus obtained. as well as hydroxylamine derivatives having free amino groups. they can be directly further processed into herbicides of the formula I or stored as desired.

Az (1) általános képletű ciklohexenon-oximéterszármazékokat, illetve az ezeket tartalmazó gyomirtó szereket például közvetlenül permetezhető oldatok, porok, szuszpenziók, akár nagy százalékarányú vizes, olajos vagy egyéb szuszpenziók vagy diszperziók, emulziók, olajos diszperziók, paszták, porozószerek, beszórószerek vagy granulátumok formájában alkalmazhatjuk permetezéssel, ködképzéssel, beporzással, beszórással vagy öntözéssel. A felhasználási formákat mindig a felhasználás céljának megfelelően választjuk meg; minden esetben a találmány szerinti hatóanyag lehető legfinomabb eloszlását kell biztosítanunk. The cyclohexenone oxymer derivatives of the formula (1) and herbicides containing them can be, for example, directly sprayable solutions, powders, suspensions, even in high percentage aqueous, oily or other suspensions or dispersions, emulsions, oily dispersions, pastes, granules, dusts, can be applied by spraying, fogging, dusting, spraying or irrigation. Usage forms are always chosen according to the purpose of use; in each case, we must ensure the finest possible distribution of the active ingredient according to the invention.

Aqueous use forms can be prepared from emulsion concentrates, dispersions, pastes, wettable powders or water dispersible granules by the addition of water. For the preparation of emulsions, pastes or oily dispersions, the substrates may be homogenized in water, either alone or in an oil or solvent, using a wetting, tackifying, dispersing or emulsifying agent. Érdekes továbbá elegyíthetőségük olyan ásványi sóoldatokkal, amelyeket tápanyag- és nyomelem-hiány megszüntetése céljából alkalmazunk. Adagolhatunk hozzájuk nemfitotoxikus olajokat és olajkoncentrátumokat is.In addition, it may be useful to use the cyclohexenone derivatives of formula (I) or the herbicides containing them, alone or in combination with other herbicides, or in combination with other pesticides, such as pests or phytopathogenic fungi or bacteria. It is also interesting to mix them with mineral saline solutions used to eliminate nutrient and trace element deficiencies. Non-phytotoxic oils and oil concentrates may also be added.
Az alábbi szintézispéldákban megadott előírásokat a kiindulási vegyület megfelelő változtatásával további (III) általános képletű hidroxi-amin-származékok és (I) általános képletű ciklohexenon-oximéter-származékok előállítására használhatjuk; az így kapott vegyületeket, fizikai adataikkal együtt a következő táblázatokban ismertetjük.The following synthetic examples may be used to prepare additional hydroxyamine derivatives of formula (III) and cyclohexenone oximeters (I) by appropriate modification of the starting compound; the compounds thus obtained, together with their physical data, are described in the following tables.

Az (I) általános képletű ciklohexén-oximéter-származékok gyomirtó hatása üvegházi kísérletekkel mutatható ki:The herbicidal activity of the cyclohexene oximeter derivatives of the formula I can be demonstrated in greenhouse experiments:
A termesztéshez szubsztrátumként körülbelül 3% humusztartalmú agyagos homokot tartalmazó műanyag cserépedényeket használunk. A kísérleti növények magjait fajták szerint különválasztva vetjük el.Plastic pottery containing about 3% humus-containing clayey sand is used as a substrate for cultivation. Seeds of experimental plants are sown separately by species.
In the case of pre-emergence treatment of plants, the active compounds, suspended or emulsified in water, are applied to the soil immediately after sowing using a finely divided nozzle. The pots are lightly watered to aid germination and growth, and then covered with a transparent plastic lid until the plants develop. This coverage of the pots ensures uniform germination of the test plants as long as the active ingredients do not interfere.
Akikelés utáni kezelés céljából a kísérleti növényeket a növekedési forma szerint csak 3-15 cm-es növekedési magasságnál kezeljük a vízben szuszpendált vagy emulgeált anyagokkal. A kikelés utáni kezelésnél felhasznált mennyiség 0,25 kg/hektár hatóanyag. For post-emergence treatment, the test plants are treated with water-suspended or emulsified substances at a growth height of only 3 to 15 cm according to their growth form. The application rate for post-emergence treatment is 0.25 kg / ha.
A kísérleti időszak 2-4 hétig tart. The plants are maintained at temperatures between 10 ° C and 25 'C and 20' C and 35 'C, respectively. The trial period is 2-4 weeks. During this time, the plants are taken care of and their response to each treatment is evaluated.
A kiértékelés O-tól 100-ig terjedő skálán történik. The evaluation is carried out on a scale from 0 to 100. 100 means that the plants have not germinated, at least the above-ground parts have been completely destroyed, and 0 means that there has been no damage.
A kapott eredményeket a következő táblázatokban ismertetjük:The results are shown in the following tables:

A találmány szerinti (I) általános képletű hatóanyagok gyomirtó hatását és szelektivitását az EP-A218 233 számú leírásból ismert hatóanyagok hatásával hasonlítottuk össze. The herbicidal activity and selectivity of the active compounds of the formula (I) according to the invention were compared with the active compounds known from EP-A218 233.
A találmány szerinti hatóanyagok közül a 2.39 ésAmong the active compounds of the invention, 2.39 and
2.40 számú hatóanyagokat - R1 etil-, illetve propilcsoport. A -CHiCHi-O-csoport. A kapott eredményeket a következő táblázatban ismertetjük.2.40 - R 1 is ethyl or propyl. The group is -CH 1 CH 2 -O. R 2 is 4-tetrahydropyranyl and -Z-Xn 4-chlorophenyl, and EP-A-218 233 uses active substances 30 and 36 (active substances A and B) - R 1 , A and R 2 is the same as above, but -Z-Xn is methyl. The assays were performed in a greenhouse after emergence as described herein. The crop was rice. The results are shown in the following table.

The results show that the active compounds according to the invention are more suitable for removing rice from grassy weeds than the closest structurally active compounds known from EP-A218 233. The known active substances A and B are not suitable for use in rice because they damage the crop even in very small doses.
