Description
A találmány tárgya speciális komlófelvezető monofilament.FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a special hop monofilament.
A komló termesztéséhez általában 6-7 méter magas támberendezéseket használnak, melyek földbe állított, erős oszlopokból, és az oszlopok tetején kifeszitett tartóhálózatból állnak.Hops are usually grown using 6 to 7 meter high support equipment, which consists of strong, grounded columns and a support net stretched on top of the columns.
A tartóhuzal szerepe, hogy a komló indáját felvezető, úgynevezett .felvezető huzalt' vagy felvezető szálat rá lehesssen erősíteni. A felvezetőszál másik végét a komlótő mellett a földhöz rögzítik. The role of the holding wire is to be able to attach a so-called 'guide wire' or a guide wire to the hooks of the hops. The other end of the guide wire shall be lashed to the ground near the hops. This can be done, for example, using stakes or other auxiliary equipment. Under the breeder the hop of the hop plant creeps up on the tight guide wire.
Betakarításkor a felvezető huzalra felcsavarodott komlóindát teljes egészében levágják, eltávolítják és fixtelepítésű szedőgép segítségével szedik le róla a termést - komlótobozt. When harvested, the hop hooks, which are wound on a guide wire, are completely cut off, removed and harvested using a fixture harvester - hop box.
A komlótermesztés sok évszázados gyakorlatában kialakult módon a támberendezést körülbelül a századforduló óta változatlan formában használják. Számos megoldás ismeretes felvezető huzalként; ezek közül legelterjedtebb az acélhuzalos, illetve különféle műanyaghuzalos megoldás.As has been the case for many centuries of hops production, the support equipment has been used unchanged since the turn of the century. Many solutions are known as guide wire; the most widespread are steel wire and various plastic wire solutions.
Acélhuzalos felvezetés esetén általában 1-1,5 mm átmérőjű acélhuzalt használnak, vagy ún. .fekete, azaz felületvédelem nélküli vagy lakkozott kivitelűt. Az acéldrótot kapoccsal yagy műanyag zsineg toldattal erősítik a tartóhuzalhoz. A felvezető huzalok felaggatása korábban célszerűen hosszú rudak segítségével történt, jelenleg az állványos huzalozás az elterjedt. In the case of steel wire feed, steel wire with a diameter of 1 to 1.5 mm is usually used, or so-called steel wire. .black, ie without surface protection or lacquered. The steel wire is fastened to the holding wire by means of a clip or a plastic twine extension. The wiring of the guide wires was previously divided by long rods, but nowadays wiring is widespread.
However, the use of steel wire has several disadvantages; it rusts and breaks easily, is thus hazardous in use, is difficult to handle and dispose of, is heavy and quickly destroys the knife of the chopping device.
Az acélhuzalos felvezetés fenti hátrányait kívánták kiküszöbölni a különböző müanyaghuzalos rendszerek. Müanyaghuzalos felvezetéseknél legtöbb esetben multifilamenteket alkalmaztak. Ezek mechanikai ellenállása, jóllehet azonban, megfelelő volt, komoly problémát jelentett azonban, hogy szecskázás során nehezen darabolhatok, illetve feltekerednek a hengerre illetve késekre. Monofilamentek alkalmazása esetén azok felülete minden esetben sima volt; igy ezek rögzítése a tartóhuzalon csaknem lehetetlenné vált. Erre a célra egy különleges segédeszközt kellett alkalmazni; ilyen megoldást ismertet például a 7 216 343. számú DT-GMS, mely fröccsöntött rogzitőeíemet használ, a 7 304 350. számú DT-GMS szerinti megoldás egy műanyag kampó, amely önszorító módon fogja a huzalt, míg a 2 450 062. számú NSZK-beli nyilvánosságrahozatali irat szerinti megoldás speciális fémkapcsot javasol, amelyet több évig a témrendszeren kinn lehet hagyni. Ezen megoldások azonban minden esetben külön rögzitőelemet alkalmaznak; másrészt, a betakarításkor az inda leszakitásakor illetve vágásakor ezen elemek többé-kevésbé megsérülnek. The above drawbacks of steel wiring have been overcome by various plastic wiring systems. Multifilaments were used in most cases with plastic wire leads. Their mechanical resistance, though good, was a serious problem, as they were difficult to cut or roll onto the roller or knives during chopping. When using monofilaments, their surface was always smooth; thus, it was almost impossible to secure them on the holding wire. A special aid was needed for this purpose; such a solution is described, for example, in DT-GMS 7 216 343, which uses an injection molded friction element, a solution according to DT-GMS 7 304 350, which is a plastic hook that holds the wire in a self-clamping manner; The disclosure of the disclosure document of 18 June 1996 proposes a special metal clip that can be left out of the subject system for several years. However, these solutions always use a separate fastener; on the other hand, these elements are more or less damaged during the harvesting or cutting of the tendon.
A találmány célkitűzése olyan felvezető huzal kialakítása, mely a fenti hátrányokkal nem rendelkezik. It is an object of the present invention to provide a guide wire which does not have the above disadvantages.
A találmány szerinti speciális komló felvezető huzal 150-500 N közötti szakítószilárdságú, felületén érdesített vagy hullámositott, célszerűen poliolefin anyagból készült monofi lament. The special hopper guide wire according to the invention is a monofilament of tensile strengths of between 150 and 500 N, roughened or corrugated on its surface, preferably made of polyolefin.
The wire thus formed has the advantage of being able to withstand the gradually increasing load during the growing season, but with sufficient flexibility. As a result of surface roughening or corrugation, the wire can be securely fastened to the holding wire without any auxiliary equipment or devices, and on the other hand, helps the hop plant to creep up. The wire material is preferably a polyolefin and preferably contains an additive, such as a styrene polymer, which causes a slight increase in stiffness, i.e., a reduction in its elongation at rupture, during the growing season due to the UV rays absorbed by the sun. This makes it easy to chop hops after harvest as they do not occur in the chopper - twisting, thawing, etc.
Mivel szakítószilárdsága megfelelő, a termesztési szezon alatt tartós, ugyanakkor szüreteléskor egyszerűen levágható, vagy egyszerűen rántással leszakítható. A huzal alsó végének rögzítése is egyszerű, mivel alsó végére kötött csomó, például egy villás kiképzésű leszúrópálca segítségével külön cölöp nélkül talajba szúrással rögzíthető.Because of its good tensile strength, it is durable during the growing season, but at the same time it can be easily cut off or simply pulled at the time of harvesting. Fixing the lower end of the wire is also easy, since it can be fixed to the ground using a knot tied to its lower end, for example, with a fork-shaped stick.
Felhasználási célokra a huzal célszerűen a termesztők által kívánt hosszméretben tetszés szerinti mennyiségű szálból álló nyaláb formájában, ősszetekert állapotban kerülhet forgalomba. For use purposes, the wire may conveniently be marketed in the form of a bundle of fibers of any length in the length desired by the growers.
A huzal előállítása célszerűen poliolefin anyagból történik - például polipropilénből, polietilénből - extrudálás és nyújtás, valamint stabilizálás útján. A huzal felülete a már említett módon érdesített vagy hullámositott, ez célszerűen mechanikai módszerrel történhet; történhet azonban közvetlenül az előállításra alkalmazott extrudálás és nyújtás során is.The wire is conveniently made from a polyolefin material, such as polypropylene, polyethylene, by extrusion and stretching, and by stabilization. The surface of the wire is roughened or corrugated as mentioned above, preferably by mechanical means; however, it can also be carried out directly during extrusion and stretching used in production.
The tensile strength limits given above play an important role because the tensile force below 150 N is too small to carry the load and the guide wire above the N is already excessively oversized. However, it will be appreciated that a guide wire with a tensile force greater than 500 N may also be used and is within the scope of the present invention.
A hazai komlótermesztésben a javasolt felvezető huzal szakítószilárdsága célszerűen 350 N körüli érték.In domestic hop production, the recommended guide wire preferably has a breaking strength of about 350 N.
A célszerűen alkalmazott poliolefin anyagnál a fenti szakítószilárdság előnyösen 0,5-3 mm2 keresztmetszetet jelent. Ennél lé—Preferably, the polyolefin material preferably has a tensile strength of 0.5 to 3 mm 2 . More juice—
167234 nyegesen nagyobb keresztmetszet esetén éppen a találmány egyik fő előnye, a könnyű kötözhetőség válik nehézzé. A találmány szerinti huzal szakadási nyúlása kicsi, előnyösen maximálisan 25* 200 m/perc húzóerőnél, 5 így a tartós terhelés hatására sem következik be maradandó nyúlás.With the large cross-section of 167234, it is precisely one of the main advantages of the invention, that it is easy to bind. The wire elongation at break of the wire according to the invention is low, preferably at a maximum tensile force of 25 * 200 m / min, so that no permanent elongation occurs even under long-term loading.
The wire of the present invention preferably has a current meter weight of between 0.3 and 5 grams, which is about 1 / S of the steel wire currently in common use.
