Claims (14)

1. Električni stroj (1) sadrži: najmanje jedan stator (2, 3, 4); više modula (137), gdje svaki modul (137) sadrži najmanje jednu elektromagnetsku zavojnicu (5, 88) i najmanje jednu sklopku (7), gdje je svaki modul pričvršćen na najmanje jedan stator (2, 3, 4); i najmanje jedan disk ili rotor (8) s više magneta (9) pričvršćenih na najmanje jedan disk ili rotor (8), pri čemu je svaki modul (137) odmaknut od više magneta (9); i najmanje jedan disk ili rotor je u pokretnom odnosu s najmanje jednim statorom (2, 3, 4), gdje je električni stroj (1) naznačen time što fizičku lokaciju svakog modula (137) u odnosu na jedan ili više drugih modula (137) i najmanje jedan stator (2, 3, 4) kodira jedan ili više redoslijeda električnih veza koje se može konstruirati uz pomoć sklopki, zalemljenih premoštenja, kratkospojnika, rezanja vodova na tiskanoj ploči, drugih pogodnih načina uspostavljanja i prekidanja električnih veza, ili njihovih kombinacija.
2. Električni stroj (1) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, koji dodatno sadrži: najmanje jedan kliznik (99) s više magneta (94, 95) pričvršćenih na najmanje jedan kliznik (99), pri čemu je svaki modul (137) odmaknut od više magneta (94, 95); i najmanje jedan kliznik (99) je u linearnom odnosu s najmanje jednim statorom (2, 3, 4).
3. Električni stroj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, pri čemu se najmanje jedan modul može rekonfigurirati na osnovi u najmanju ruku djelomično jednog radnog parametra tijekom rada, te pri čemu se najmanje jedan radni parametar tijekom rada može odabrati između jednog ili više od sljedećeg: maksimalne kutne brzine, prosječne kutne brzine, minimalne kutne brzine, maksimalne izlazne snage, prosječne izlazne snage, minimalne izlazne snage, maksimalnog ulaznog napona, prosječnog ulaznog napona, minimalnog ulaznog napona, maksimalnog generiranog napona, prosječnog generiranog napona, minimalnog generiranog napona, oblika i frekvencije generiranog napona, vršne ulazne struje, prosječne ulazne struje, minimalne ulazne struje, maksimalne generirane struje, prosječne generirane struje, minimalne generirane struje, maksimalnog momenta vrtnje, prosječnog momenta vrtnje, minimalnog momenta vrtnje, glatkoće momenta vrtnje, redoslijeda aktiviranja, brzine ubrzavanja, redoslijeda točnosti kuta zadržavanja, minimaliziranja variranja kutne brzine, brzine usporavanja tijekom prekidanja, promjera vratila (10), maksimalnog polumjera električnog stroja (11), maksimalne duljine električnog stroja (1), maksimalne dubine električnog stroja (1), maksimalne visine stroja (1), maksimalne udaljenosti klizanja, minimalne udaljenosti klizanja, maksimalne težine stroja (1), minimalne težine stroja (1), maksimalnog gubitka snage otpora, te redundancije jedinica i ukupne cijene.
4. Električni stroj u skladu s jednim ili više prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu se najmanje jedan modul može rekonfigurirati na osnovi u najmanju ruku djelomično jednog izvedbenog parametra tijekom rada, te pri čemu se najmanje jedan izvedbeni parametar tijekom rada može odabrati između jednog ili više od sljedećeg: maksimalne kutne brzine, maksimalne izlazne snage, odstupanja od izlaznog napona tijekom generiranja, održavanja traženog generiranog napona, glatkoće momenta vrtnje, brzine ubrzavanja, točnosti kuta zadržavanja, minimaliziranja variranja kutne brzine, usklađivanja tražene brzine usporavanja tijekom prekidanja, minimaliziranja gubitka snage otpora, ukupne djelotvornosti, korigiranja faktora snage, mehaničkog harmoničkog prigušivanja, električnog harmoničkog prigušivanja, točnosti reproduciranog vala izlaznog napona, te točnosti generirane frekvencije.
5. Električni stroj u skladu s jednim ili više prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu se omjer između snage i težine električnog stroja (1) kreće od 5 do 1000, 5 do 10, 10 do 100, 10 do 500, 10 do 50, 20 do 1000, 20 do 50, 50 do 100, 50 do 500, 100 do 500, ili 500 do 1000 grama po kilovatu.
6. Električni stroj u skladu s jednim ili više prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, koji dodatno sadrži najmanje jedan senzor (65, 66), koji detektira apsolutni ili relativni položaj najmanje jednog rotora (8); i najmanje jedan upravljački sustav (67), koji, u odgovor na ulazne signale iz jednog ili više od sljedećeg: najmanje jednog senzora (65, 66), najmanje jedne komande snage, najmanje jedne komande načina koja uključuje jedno ili više od sljedećeg: najmanje jednu komandu za pogon, generiranje, kočenje i zadržavanje, te najmanje jednu komanda o smjeru vrtnje.
7. Električni stroj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 6, pri čemu je najmanje jedan upravljački sustav (67) konfiguriran da bude u konfiguraciji pogona ili ima najmanje jednu komandu načina pogona, gdje najmanje jedan upravljački sustav (67) aktivira najmanje jednu sklopku (80, 82), koja aktivira jednu ili više magnetskih zavojnica (88) radi privlačenja i odbijanja magneta u svrhu generiranja gibanja, pri čemu je električni stroj (1) konfiguriran da bude u konfiguraciji generiranja ili ima najmanje jednu komandu načina generiranja snaga, gdje najmanje jedan upravljački sustav (67) aktivira najmanje jednu sklopku koja spaja jednu ili više zavojnica (88) s vanjskim strujnim tračnicama (149, 151), pri čemu je električni stroj (1) konfiguriran da bude u konfiguraciji kočenja ili ima najmanje jednu komandu načina kočenja, gdje najmanje jedan upravljački sustav (67) aktivira najmanje jednu sklopku (80, 82), koja zajedno spaja izvode iz jedne ili više magnetskih zavojnica (88) radi suprotstavljanja gibanju, ili pri čemu je električni stroj (1) konfiguriran da bude u konfiguraciji zadržavanja ili ima najmanje jednu komandu načina zadržavanja, gdje najmanje jedan upravljački sustav (67) aktivira najmanje jednu sklopku (80, 82), koja aktivira jednu ili više magnetskih zavojnica (88) radi privlačenja i odbijanja magneta (9) u svrhu zaustavljanja gibanja.
8. Električni stroj u skladu s jednim ili više prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu najmanje jedan upravljački sustav (67) tijekom rada određuje jedan ili više prikladno djelotvoran način rada u vezi s najmanje jednim od radnih parametara, najmanje jednim izvedbenim parametrom ili njihovim kombinacijama na uglavnom kontinuiranoj osnovi tijekom perioda rada.
9. Električni stroj u skladu s jednim ili više prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva pri čemu električni stroj (1) ima gustoću snage od 100 do 20.000, 100 do 200, 100 do 500, 250 do 500, 500 do 1000, 500 do 2000, 1000 do 10.000, 1000 do 5000, 2000 do 5000, 5000 do 10.000, 5000 do 15.000, ili 10.000 do 20.000 kW po kubnom metru i/ili pri čemu se jedan ili više od najmanje jednog radnog parametra, najmanje jedan izvedbeni parametar ili njihove kombinacije električnog stroja (1) može rekonfigurirati u uglavnom stvarnom vremenu.
10. Električni stroj u skladu s jednim ili više prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu najmanje jedan upravljački sustav (67) omogućuje pojedinačno upravljanje najmanje 30 %, 40 %, 50 %, 60 %, 70 % 80 %, 90 %, 95 % ili 100 % od više zavojnica (88).
11. Električni stroj u skladu s jednim ili više prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu se redoslijed aktiviranja zavojnica modula izračunava tijekom rada stroja, gdje redoslijed aktiviranja modula ovisi redoslijedom o njihovom geometrijskom položaju u polju modula; ili pri čemu se redoslijed aktiviranja zavojnica modula izračunava tijekom rada stroja, gdje redoslijed aktiviranja modula ovisi o povratnoj sprezi iz senzora; ili pri čemu se redoslijed aktiviranja zavojnica modula izračunava tijekom rada stroja, gdje jedan ili više uzoraka redoslijeda u najmanju ruku djelomično određuje redoslijed aktiviranja svakog modula.
12. Električni stroj u skladu s jednim ili više prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu ukupan broj najmanje jedne od elektromagnetskih zavojnica (88) koje se napaja u aktivnom redoslijedu može varirati tijekom rada od ukupnog broja zavojnica (88), do niti jedne i/ili pri čemu je upravljanje električnim strojem (1) centralizirano na najmanje jednom upravljačkom modulu (67).
13. Električni stroj u skladu s jednim ili više prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, pri čemu se jedan ili više modula (137) može pojedinačno ukloniti, dodati, ili zamijeniti tijekom rada stroja (1), bez značajnog utjecanja na radno stanje stroja (1).
14. Električni stroj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, pri se čemu svaki modul (137) može rekonfigurirati na osnovi u najmanju ruku djelomično jednog ili više od sljedećeg: najmanje jednog radnog parametra tijekom rada, najmanje jednog izvedbenog parametra tijekom rada, ili njihovih kombinacija.
