Claims (15)
1. Plovilo (2) sposobno za morsku plovidbu koje ima strukturu za privezivanja plovila uz komplet pilona (6), koja sadrži odbojnik (4) sa slojem materijala koji se može stisnuti koji ima izloženu površinu; točke (12) za sidrenje koje su osigurane na lateralno razdvojenim lokacijama na plovilu; dva mehanizma (14) za vuču koji su također osigurani na plovilu, gdje je svaki mehanizam povezan sa odgovarajućom točkom za sidrenje; i vez (10) za prostiranje od svake točke za sidrenje do njenog mehanizma za vuču sa kojim je povezana, i gdje je svaki mehanizam operativan da vuče odgovarajući vez iz točke za sidrenje oko navedenog pilona da bi priljubio odbojnik uz isti; naznačeno time da lokacija svake točke sidrenja na plovilu je vertikalno razmaknuta od svog mehanizma za vuču sa kojim je povezana tako da se, u primjeni, dužina svakog veza pruža oko navedenog pilona dijagonalno, pod kutom na horizontalnu ili uzdužnu os plovila.
2. Plovilo (2) sposobno za morsku plovidbu u skladu sa patentnim zahtjevom 1, gdje je odbojnik (4) ravan.
3. Plovilo (2) sposobno za morsku plovidbu u skladu sa patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili patentnim zahtjevom 2, gdje je svaki mehanizam (14) za vuču lateralno razdvojen od svoje odgovarajuće točke (12) za sidrenje.
4. Plovilo (2) sposobno za morsku plovidbu u skladu sa bilo kojim prethodnim patentnim zahtjevom, gdje je lokacija svake točke (12) za sidrenje ispod njenog mehanizma (14) za vuču sa kojim je povezana; i, po izboru, gdje je lokacija svake točke za sidrenje locirana ispod normalne linije vode plovila.
5. Plovilo (2) sposobno za morsku plovidbu u skladu sa bilo kojim prethodnim patentnim zahtjevom, gdje je lateralni razmak između mehanizama (14) za vuču manji od lateralnog razmaka između točki (12) za sidrenje.
6. Plovilo (2) sposobno za morsku plovidbu u skladu sa bilo kojim prethodnim patentnim zahtjevom, gdje su lokacije točki (12) za sidrenje i mehanizama (14) za vuču simetrične oko vertikalne osi plovila.
7. Plovilo (2) sposobno za morsku plovidbu u skladu sa bilo kojim prethodnim patentnim zahtjevom na brodu sa motorom, koje uključuje operativni sustav za mehanizme (14) za vuču spojene za motor, pri čemu sustav kontrolira mehanizme za održavanje zategnutosti u vezovima (10) povezane sa bilo kojom pogonskom silom koju generira motor da bi se održao konstantni pritisak između odbojnika (4) i pilona (6).
8. Plovilo (2) sposobno za morsku plovidbu u skladu sa bilo kojim prethodnim patentnim zahtjevom, koje uključuje vođicu koja je povezana sa svakim mehanizmom (14) za vuču za navođenje odgovarajućeg veza (10) od odgovarajućeg pilona (6) do mehanizma za vuču suštinski paralelnom u odnosu na longitudinalnu os plovila;
i/ili
koje uključuje alarmnu jedinicu za praćenje zategnutosti u vezovima, pri čemu je jedinica prilagođena da generira signal kada zategnutost u jednom vezu premaši onu u drugom vezu za vrijednost koja premašuje unaprijed određenu vrijednost.
9. Plovilo (2) sposobno za morsku plovidbu u skladu sa bilo kojim prethodnim patentnim zahtjevom, gdje su vezovi svaki posebno dio neprekidne dužine materijala; i, po izboru, gdje se neprekidna dužina materijala proteže od jednog od mehanizama (14) za vuču do drugog mehanizama za vuču.
10. Metoda za privezivanje plovila (2) sposobnog za morsku plovidbu uz par pilona (6) na pristaništu za brodove (8), gdje navedeno plovilo nosi odbojnik (4) sa slojem materijala koji se može stisnuti i koji ima izloženu površinu; ima točke (12) za sidrenje koje su osigurane na lateralno razmaknutim lokacijama na plovilu; i ima dva mehanizma (14) za vuču koji su također osigurani na plovilu za držanje vezova (10), pri čemu je svaki mehanizam za vuču povezan sa odgovarajućom točkom sidrenja i lokacija svake točke sidrenja na plovilu je vertikalno razmaknuta od njenog mehanizma za vuču sa kojim je povezana, pri čemu metoda obuhvaća korake:
upravljanja plovilom do pristaništa za brod da bi se odbojnik priljubio uz pilone;
povlačenja veza iz svakog od mehanizama za vuču i omotavanje istog oko jednog od pilona;
pričvršćivanje svakog veza za točku za sidrenje na plovilu, tako da se dužina svakog veza pruža oko jednog od pilona dijagonalno, pod kutom na horizontalnu ili longitudinalnu os plovila; i;
aktiviranja mehanizama da bi se privukli vezovi oko pilona da se odbojnik priljubi uz iste.
11. Metoda u skladu sa patentnim zahtjevom 10, koja dalje obuhvaća kontroliranje mehanizama (14) da bi se održala zategnutost u vezovima (10) da bi se osiguralo privezivanje.
12. Metoda u skladu sa patentnim zahtjevom 10 ili 11, gdje plovilo (2) ima motor, metoda koja uključuje korak upotrebe motora da bi se upravljalo plovilo i priljubio odbojnik (4) uz pilone (6).
13. Metoda u skladu sa patentnim zahtjevom 12, koja uključuje korak kontroliranja mehanizama (14) dok se nastavlja angažiranje motora nakon što su mehanizmi za vuču aktivirani;
ili
koja uključuje korak isključivanja motora nakon što su mehanizmi za vuču aktivirani.
14. Metoda u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 11 do 13, gdje je pristanište (8) za brod stacionarna struktura; ili gdje je pristanište za brod plutajuća struktura.
15. Metoda u skladu sa bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 11 do 14, gdje je raspored mehanizama (14) za vuču i točki (12) za sidrenje na plovilu (2) najmanje jedan od sljedećih:
svaki mehanizam za privlačenje je lateralno razdvojen od njegove odgovarajuće točke za sidrenje;
svaka točka za sidrenje je ispod mehanizma za vuču sa kojim je povezana;
svaka točka za sidrenje je locirana ispod normalne linije vode plovila;
lateralni razmak između mehanizama za vuču je manji od lateralnog razmaka između točki za sidrenje; i
lokacije točki za sidrenje i mehanizama za vuču su simetrične oko vertikalne osi plovila.
