Claims (12)

1. Postupak proizvodnje furfurala iz lignoceluloznog materijala se sastoji od slijedećih koraka: a) obrade lignoceluloznog materijala parom; b) odvajanja pare koja sadrži furfural od obrađenog lignoceluloznog materijala; c) prijenos izdvojene pare do uređaja za odvajanje; d) razdvajanja faze koja sadrži furfural od pare; e) podvrgavanja pare stupnju iskorištavanja; naznačen time da se razdvajanje prema koraku d) se vrši adsorbcijom i gdje je stupanj iskorištenja e) zagrijavanje.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da razdvajanje uključuje parnu transformaciju pare koja sadrži furfural.
3. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, naznačen time da razdvajanje uključuje dekantiranje faze koja sadrži furfural iz transformirane pare.
4. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačen time da rezidualna vodenasta faza je reciklirana do koraka d) nakon dekantiranja faze koja sadrži furfural.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da dalje obuhvaća korak f) kondenzaciju iskorištene pare iz koraka e).
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da dalje sadrži korak g) recikliranja iskorištene pare.
7. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 6, naznačen time da se iskorištena para reciklira do koraka a) postupka.
8. Postupak proizvodnje furfurala iz lignoceluloznog materijala se sastoji od slijedećih koraka: a) obrade lignoceluloznog materijala parom; b) odvajanja pare koja sadrži furfural od obrađenog lignoceluloznog materijala; b1) podvrgavanja izdvojene pare koraku iskorištavanja; c1) prijenos mlaza iskorištene pare u uređaj za razdvajanje; d1) razdvajanje faze koja sadrži furfural od mlaza iskorištene pare; g1) recikliranja mlaza iz koraka d1) naznačeno time da se razdvajanje prema koraku d1) provodi adsorpcijom i pri čemu se stupanj iskorištenja b1) zagrijava.
9. Sustav za postupak proizvodnje furfurala iz lignoceluloznog materijala se sastoji od: i) reaktora za obradu lignoceluloznog materijala prema koraku a) postupka kako je određeno prema bilo kojem patentnom zahtjevu 1 do 8; ii) uređaja za odvajanje pare a za odvajanje pare koja sadrži furfural od tretiranog lignoceluloznog materijala prema koraku b) postupka kako je određeno prema bilo kojem patentnom zahtjevu 1 do 8; iii) uređaja za razdvajanje pare a za razdvajanje faze koja sadrži furfural od pare prema koraku d) kako je određeno u bilo kojem patentnom zahtjevu 1 do 8; iv) uređaja za iskorištavanje, a za iskorištavanje energije pare, naznačen time da uređaj za razdvajanje pare (iii) je adsorpcijsi stup, a uređaj za iskorištavanje (iv) je uređaj za zagrijavanje.
10. Sustav prema patentnom zahtjevu 9, naznačen time da dalje sadrži kondenzator (v) za kondenzaciju iskorištene pare.
11. Sustav prema patentnom zahtjevu 9 ili 10, naznačen time da uređaj za razdvajanje pare (iii) sadrži transformator pare.
12. Sustav prema bilo kojem patentnom zahtjevu 9 do 11, naznačen time da uređaj za razdvajanje (iii) sadrži dekanter.
