Claims (17)
1. Postupak za enzimatsku hidrolizu uzastopnim dodavanjem u kojem se, uz miješanje, najmanje jedan prethodno obrađeni lignocelulozni supstrat dovodi u kontakt s vodom i enzimima u reaktoru, pri čemu je navedeni postupak naznačen time što se provodi uzastopno dodavanje u reaktor prethodno obrađenog lignoceluloznog supstrata i s vremenom je dodavanje sve više razmaknuto, tako da se dobije unaprijed određeni konačni sadržaj suhe tvari od između 18 i 30 masenih%.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što je konačni udio krutina iznosi između 18 i 24 masenih%.
3. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se provode najmanje 4 razmaknuta dodavanja prethodno obrađenog lignoceluloznog supstrata, poželjno najmanje 5 dodavanja.
4. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što količina lignoceluloznog supstrata dodana tijekom dodavanja predstavlja između 2 i 3 masenih% suhe tvari.
5. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se dodavanje enzima u reaktor provodi uzastopno i vremenom se dodavanje sve više odvaja.
6. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da se prethodno obrađeni lignocelulozni supstrat i enzimi dodaju istovremeno u reaktor.
7. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se pri svakom dodavanju, prethodno obrađeni lignocelulozni supstrat dodaje u istoj količini.

9. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što reaktor sadrži impeler i omjer D/T promjera impelera / promjer reaktora iznosi između 0,3 i 0,75.
10. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je impeler, impeler sa zakošenim lopaticama ili impeler tipa brodskog propelera.
11. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što reaktor sadrži impeler koji pokreće motor i time što se tijekom vremena provodi mjerenje električne energije koju troši motor.
12. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što reaktor sadrži impeler koji pokreće motor i time što je brzina vrtnje impelera manja od 100 okr/min, poželjno manja od 80 okr/min.
13. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se enzimi dovode u kontakt u koncentraciji od između 0,1 i 60 mg enzima po gramu celuloze.
14. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se postupak provodi na temperaturi od između 40°C i 60°C, uz pH od između 4 i 6, i na atmosferskom tlaku.
15. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, što se koriste različiti prethodno obrađeni lignocelulozni supstrati, sami ili kao smjesa.
16. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što navedeni postupak slijedi korak fermentacije u prisutnosti mikroorganizma koji proizvodi alkohol.
17. Postupak prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se navedeni postupak provodi u prisutnosti mikroorganizma koji proizvodi alkohol prema postupku istodobne saharifikacije i fermentacije.
