Claims (12)
1. Postupak proizvodnje cijevi (1) s integralno spojenim kućištem (2) za u najmanju ruku jednu glavu zatvarača, naznačen time što navedeni postupak koji ima sljedeće korake:
osiguravanja valjkastog pripremka (20) koji ima provrt (21) koji odgovara promjeru glave zatvarača;
zakucavanja prvog uzdužnog dijela (20′) pripremka (20) na dio (13) prvog kovačkog trna (11) koji odgovara unutarnjem profilu cijevi dok se prvi kovački trn uvodi kroz provrt (21); i
zakucavanja drugog uzdužnog dijela (20″) pripremka (20) na drugi kovački trn (12) koji odgovara unutarnjem profilu kućišta dok se drugi kovački trn uvodi u provrt (21).
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se prvi kovački trn (11) izvadi iz provrta (21) nakon prvog ukucavanje, a drugi kovački trn (12) se zatim uvede u provrt (21) radi drugog ukucavanja.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se prvi kovački trn (11) drži uz pomoć štapa za držanje(15) tijekom prvo ukucavanje, gdje se štap za držanje uvodi kroz središnji provrt (16) drugog kovačkog trna (12).
4. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 3, naznačen time što se prvi kovački trn (11) povuče unatrag radi drugog ukucavanja u najmanju ruku djelomično u središnji provrt (16) drugog kovačkog trna (12).
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što se provrt (21), nakon prvog ili nakon drugog ukucavanja, strojno obradi u prijelaznom području između prvog i drugog uzdužnog dijela (20′, 20″).
6. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što se, nakon prvog ili nakon drugog ukucavanja, područje prvog uzdužnog dijela (20′) na strani zatvarača strojno obradi kako bi se oblikovalo ležište metka (5).
7. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što se, nakon prvog i prije drugog ukucavanja, područje prvog uzdužnog dijela (20′) na strani zatvarača zakuca na dio (14) prvog kovačkog trna (11) koji oblikuje ležište metka.
8. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što se drugo ukucavanje provodi u smjeru koji počinje od prvog uzdužnog dijela (20′).
9. Redoslijed kovačkih trnova, namijenjen provođenju postupka u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 3 do 8, naznačen time što
prvi kovački trn (11) s obodnim dijelom koji odgovara unutarnjem profilu cijevi i na jednom kraju se osigura na štap za držanje (15) manjeg promjera, i
drugi kovački trn (12) s obodnim dijelom koji odgovara unutarnjem profilu kućišta i ima središnji provrt (16),
gdje se štap za držanje (15) uvede u središnji provrt (16) drugog kovačkog trna (12).
10. Redoslijed kovačkih trnova u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9, naznačen time što se prvi kovački trn (11) može u najmanju ruku djelomično utjerati u središnji provrt (16) drugog kovačkog trna (12).
11. Redoslijed kovačkih trnova u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 9 ili 10, naznačen time što prvi kovački trn (11) ima prvi dio (13) koji odgovara unutarnjem profilu cijevi i susjedni drugi dio (14) koji odgovara ležištu metka.
12. Redoslijed kovačkih trnova u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 9 do 11, naznačen time što drugi kovački trn (12) ima uzdužne žljebove (18).
