Claims (3)

1. Kombinacija pričvrsnog elementa za rukovanje sadržajem u spremniku i poklopcem, gdje je pričvrsni element sastavljen od četvrtastog plosnatog tijela (1), gornjeg dijela (2) koji se namjerava zahvaćati i njime rukovati te od svojega dna koje ima priključni odsječak (3) koji drži spremnik sa sadržajem (4); pri čemu je pričvrsni element (5) sastavljen od tijela (1) i priključnog odsječka (3) sa spremnikom (4), naznačena time, da je element (5) smješten u poklopcu (10) posude (6) koja ima ispupčenje na svojoj gornjoj strani s otvorom (8) za izravno ispijanje ili ispijanje preko slamke; dok nasuprot ispupčenju s otvorom (8) postoji otvor (9) koji odgovara svojim dimenzijama tijelu (1) od pričvrsnog elementa, pri čemu je tijelo (1) smješteno u navedenom otvoru (9); time da otvor (9) sadrži na bočnoj strani poklopca (10) dva ispupčenja za horizontalni priključak cijelog pričvrsnog elementa (5) na dno s bočne strane (7) od poklopca posude (10); čime u tom položaju, tijelo (1) sa svojim pričvrsnim odjeljkom (3) i sa svojim spremnikom (4) ne dohvaća u posudu (6) ispod poklopca (10); te kada je pričvrsni element (5) u uporabi, dio (2) treba biti premješten sa ispupčenja, što znači da spremnik (4) zajedno s dijelom tijela (1) i s pričvrsnim odjeljkom (3) biva umetnut u vodu u posudi (6); pri čemu se spremnik sa sadržajem (4) uzastopno istiskuje ili cijedi u horizontalnom položaju prema dnu od cijele stijenke (7) poklopca (10); te se tijelo (1) nakon nekog vremenskog perioda, ponovno umeće u ispupčenja (11) i korisnik može piti napitak kroz ispupčenje u otvoru (8). 1. A combination of a fastening element for handling the contents of the container and a lid, where the fastening element is composed of a square flat body (1), an upper part (2) intended to be grasped and handled, and from its bottom, which has a connecting section (3) which holds container with contents (4); wherein the fastening element (5) is composed of a body (1) and a connecting section (3) with a container (4), characterized by the fact that the element (5) is located in the lid (10) of the container (6) which has a protrusion on its the upper side with an opening (8) for direct drinking or drinking through a straw; while opposite the protrusion with the opening (8) there is an opening (9) which corresponds in its dimensions to the body (1) of the fastening element, whereby the body (1) is located in the said opening (9); in that the opening (9) contains on the side of the cover (10) two protrusions for the horizontal connection of the entire fastening element (5) to the bottom on the side (7) of the container cover (10); whereby in this position, the body (1) with its fastening section (3) and its container (4) does not reach into the container (6) under the lid (10); and when the fastening element (5) is in use, the part (2) should be moved from the protrusion, which means that the container (4) together with the body part (1) and with the fastening section (3) is inserted into the water in the container (6) ; whereby the container with the contents (4) is successively squeezed out or squeezed in a horizontal position towards the bottom from the entire wall (7) of the cover (10); and the body (1) after a certain period of time, is again inserted into the protrusions (11) and the user can drink the beverage through the protrusion in the opening (8). 2.
