Claims (13)
1. Spojnica za zatvaranje vrata, poželjno staklenih vrata, koju podupire stacionarna potporna struktura, vrata se pomiču između otvorenog položaja i zatvorenog položaja, spojnica za zatvaranje vrata obuhvaća:
- tijelo (10) nalik kutiji koje se može usidriti za jedno od stacionarne potporne strukture i vrata i klina koji definira prvu longitudinalnu os (X) i koji se može usidriti za drugo od stacionarne potporne strukture (S) i vrata, taj klin (20) i to tijelo (10) nalik kutiji su recipročno spojeni na način da se mogu rotirati oko prve osi (X) između položaja otvorenih vrata i položaja zatvorenih vrata;
- sredstva za zatvaranje (30) za automatski povratak vrata iz otvorenog u zatvoreni položaj;
- sredstva za kočenje (40) koja djeluju na ta sredstva za zatvaranje (30) suprotnom reakcijom;
- ta sredstva za zatvaranje (30) obuhvaćaju prvi zupčani element (31) u interakciji s prvim klipnim elementom (32) koji se pomiče unutar tijela (10) nalik kutiji između prvog krajnje komprimiranog položaja, koji odgovara položaju otvorenih vrata, i prvog krajnje ispruženog položaja, koji odgovara položaju zatvorenih vrata;
- ta sredstva za kočenje (40) obuhvaćaju drugi zupčani element (41) u interakciji s drugim klipnim elementom (42) koji se pomiče unutar tijela (10) nalik kutiji između drugog krajnje komprimiranog položaja, koji odgovara položaju zatvorenih vrata, i drugog krajnje ispruženog položaja, koji odgovara položaju otvorenih vrata;
gdje su oba i prvi i drugi zupčani element (31, 41) unitarni s klinom (20) na način da se mogu unitarno rotirati s njime u odnosu na tijelo (10) nalik kutiji;
gdje prvi klipni element (32) ima barem jednu prvu pogurnu glavu (33, 33’) u interakciji s barem jednim prvim sjedištem (34, 34’) u biti suprotnog oblika od prvog zupčanog elementa (31), a drugi klipni element (42) obuhvaća barem jednu drugu pogurnu glavu (43) u interakciji s barem jednim drugim sjedištem (44) u biti suprotnog oblika od drugog zupčanog elementa (41);
gdje sredstva za zatvaranje (30) obuhvaćaju prva suprotno djelujuća elastična sredstva (39) koja djeluju na prvi klipni element (32) radi promocije recipročne interakcije te barem jedne prve pogurne glave (33, 33’) i tog barem jednog prvog sjedišta (34, 34’) suprotnog oblika, spomenuta sredstva za kočenje (40) obuhvaćaju druga suprotno djelujuća elastična sredstva (47) koja djeluju na drugi klipni element (41) radi promocije recipročne interakcije te barem jedne druge pogurne glave (43) i tog barem jednog drugog sjedišta (44) suprotnog oblika;
naznačeno time što se klin (20) nalazi između prvi i drugih klipnih elemenata (32, 42), i nadalje
naznačeno time što su prvi i drugi klipni elementi (32, 42) oba na klizni način pomični duž druge osi (Y) koja je u biti okomita na spomenutu prvu os (X), obje barem jedne i prve i druge pogurne glave (33, 33’, 43) imaju općenito oblik pločice da definira odgovarajuće prve i druge ravnine (π’, π", π"’) u biti okomite na prvu os (X).
2. Spojnica za zatvaranje vrata prema zahtjevu 1, gdje su prvi i drugi klipni elementi (32, 42) uzajamno nasuprotni u odnosu na klin (20).
3. Spojnica za zatvaranje vrata prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, gdje su barem jedna prva i druga ravnina (π’, π", π"’) uzajamno paralelne.
4. Spojnica za zatvaranje vrata prema zahtjevu 1, 2 ili 3, gdje su prvi i drugi klipni elementi (32, 42) oba na klizni način pomični u jednoj radnoj komori (50) koja definira drugu os (Y), unutar tijela (10) nalik kutiji.
5. Spojnica za zatvaranje vrata prema jednom ili više od prethodnih zahtjeva, gdje te barem jedne prve i druge pogurne glave (33, 33’, 43) imaju odgovarajuća barem jedna prva i druga plosnata prednja lica (35", 36", 45") u biti međusobno paralelna i paralelna s prvom longitudinalnom osi (X), spomenuta barem jedna prva i druga sjedišta (34, 34’, 44) suprotnog oblika imaju odgovarajuću barem jednu prvu i drugu u biti plosnatu kontaktnu površinu (37", 38", 46") međusobno okomite i paralelne s prvom longitudinalnom osi (X), ta barem jedna prva i druga prednja lica (35", 36", 45") u doticaju zahvaćaju barem jednu prvu i drugu kontaktnu (37", 38", 46").
6. Spojnica za zatvaranje vrata prema zahtjevu 5, gdje su to barem jedno prvo prednje lice (35", 36") i barem jedna prva kontaktna površina (37", 38") u biti međusobno paralelni u zatvorenom položaju vrata i u biti međusobno okomiti u položaju otvorenih vrata, barem jedno drugo prednje lice (45") i barem jedna druga kontaktna površina (46") su u biti međusobno okomiti u zatvorenom položaju vrata i u biti međusobno paralelni u položaju otvorenih vrata.
7. Spojnica za zatvaranje vrata prema zahtjevu 4, gdje radna komora (50) obuhvaća radnu tekućinu, prvi klipni element (32) obuhvaća u biti cilindričan prvi stražnji dio (32’) i prvi prednji dio (32") uključujući barem jednu prvu pogurnu glavu (33, 33’), drugi klipni element (42) obuhvaća u biti cilindričan drugi stražnji dio (42’) i drugi prednji dio (42") koji uključuje barem jednu drugu pogurnu glavu (43), prvi i drugi stražnji dio (32’, 42’) oblikovani su da dijele radnu komoru (50) na prvi, drugi i treći susjedni odjeljak varijabilnog volumena (51, 52, 53) u međusobno uzajamnoj fluidnoj komunikaciji.
8. Spojnica za zatvaranje vrata prema prethodnom zahtjevu, gdje su prvi i treći odjeljak varijabilnog volumena (51, 53) oblikovani da u odgovoru na položaj zatvorenih vrata imaju maksimalni, odnosno minimalni volumen, a u odgovoru na položaj otvorenih vrata imaju minimalni, odnosno maksimalni volumen, prva suprotno djelujuća elastična sredstva (39) nalaze se u prvom odjeljku (51), druga suprotno djelujuća elastična sredstva (47) nalaze se u trećem odjeljku (53) i oba prvi i drugi zupčani elementi (31, 41) nalaze se u drugom odjeljku (52).
9. Spojnica za zatvaranje vrata prema zahtjevu 7 ili 8, gdje radna komora (50) obuhvaća kontrolna sredstva (60) za kontrolu protoka protoka radne tekućine osmišljena da omoguće njen protok iz prvog odjeljka (51) u treći odjeljak (53) kroz drugi odjeljak (52) po otvaranju vrata i da omoguće vraćanje natrag iz trećeg odjeljka (53) u prvi odjeljak (51) kroz drugi odjeljak (52) po zatvaranju vrata.
10. Spojnica za zatvaranje vrata prema zahtjevu 9, gdje ta kontrolna sredstva (60) obuhvaćaju prvu rupu (61) koja prolazi kroz prvi klipni element (32) tako da omogući fluidnu komunikaciju prvog odjeljka (51) i drugog odjeljka (52) te drugu rupu (62) koja prolazi kroz drugi klipni element (42) tako da omogući fluidnu komunikaciju trećeg odjeljka (53) i drugog odjeljka (52), ta kontrolna sredstva (60) dalje obuhvaćaju prvi kontrolni ventil (63) u interakciji s prvom prolaznom rupom (61) i drugi kontrolni ventil (64) u interakciji s drugom prolaznom rupom (62), ti prvi i drugi kontrolni ventili (63, 64) uzajamno surađuju tako da se selektivno otvore po otvaranju vrata, čime omogućavaju protok radne tekućine iz prvog odjeljka (51) u drugi odjeljak (52) kroz prvu prolaznu rupu (61) te iz drugog odjeljka (52) u treći odjeljak (53) kroz drugu prolaznu rupu (62), i da se selektivno zatvore po zatvaranju vrata da spriječe vraćanje radne tekućine.
11. Spojnica za zatvaranje vrata prema zahtjevu 10, gdje ta kontrolna sredstva (60) dalje obuhvaćaju hidraulički krug (70) smješten unutar tijela (10) nalik kutiji tako da omogući fluidnu komunikaciju trećeg odjeljka (53) i prvog odjeljka (51) kroz drugi odjeljak (52) po zatvaranju prvog i drugog kontrolnog ventila (63, 64), čime se omogućava povratni protok radne tekućine po zatvaranju vrata.
12. Spojnica za zatvaranje vrata prema zahtjevu 11, gdje taj hidraulički krug (70) obuhvaća međuprostor (75) između drugog klipnog elementa (42) i radne komore (50) tako da omogući fluidnu komunikaciju trećeg odjeljka (53) varijabilnog volumena i drugog odjeljka (52) varijabilnog volumena, taj hidraulički krug (70) dalja obuhvaća kanal (71) koji prolazi kroz tijelo (10) nalik kutiji i ima barem jedan ulaz (72) u fluidnoj komunikaciji s drugim odjeljkom varijabilnog volumena (52) i barem jedan izlaz (73) u fluidnoj komunikaciji s prvim odjeljkom varijabilnog volumena (51).
13. Spojnica za zatvaranje vrata prema zahtjevu 12, gdje taj kanal (71) obuhvaća drugi izlaz (74), prvi stražnji dio (32") prvog klipnog elementa (32) ima treću prolaznu rupu (32’") koja s njim unitarno klizi duž druge longitudinalne osi (Y), taj drugi izlaz (74) i treća prolazna rupa (32"’) podložni su da se uzajamno odspoje kada je prvi klipni element (32) u blizini krajnje komprimiranog položaja te uzajamno spoje kada je prvi klipni element (32) u blizini krajnje ispruženog položaja kako bi selektivno omogućili fluidnu komunikaciju tog kanala (71) s prvim odjeljkom varijabilnog volumena (51), tako da se dobije zahvatna radnja vrata prema zatvorenom položaju.
