Claims (19)
1. Film za učvršćivanje (1) namijenjen proizvodnji predmeta od kompozitnih materijala (2), naznačen time, da se sastoji od nosivog filma izrađenog od plastičnog polimera (6), međusloja (7) za oslobađanje kemijskog spoja kojim se oblaže prednja strana (6a) nosivog filma (6) namijenjenog da dolazi u kontakt s poluproizvodom (2'), čime se dobiva proizvod od kompozitnog materijala (2) i površinskog sloja (8) materijala za oblaganje koji se nanosi na međusloj (7) postupkom nanošenja isparavanjem u vakuumu.
2. Film za učvršćivanje u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da je nosivi film (6) izrađen tako da plastični polimer na površini prednje strane (6a) nosivog filma (6) koji dolazi u kontakt s poluproizvodom (2') lokalno ima površinsku napetost (Ts) kojoj je vrijednost veća od 38 dyna / cm.
3. Film za učvršćivanje u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačen time, da plastični polimer na površini prednje strane (6a) nosivog filma (6) lokalno ima površinsku napetost (Ts) u rasponu vrijednosti od 45 dyna / cm do 70 dyna / cm.
4. Film za učvršćivanje u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da je nosivi film (6) izrađen od polipropilena.
5. Film za učvršćivanje u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačen time, da je nosivi film (6) izrađen od dvoosno orijentiranog polipropilena.
6. Film za učvršćivanje u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da je površinski sloj (8) izrađen od metalnog materijala .
7. Film za učvršćivanje u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time, da je površinski sloj (8) izrađen od silicija, grafita, teflona ili drugih materijala koji se mogu nanositi postupkom isparavanja u vakuumu.
8. Film za učvršćivanje u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da je međusloj (7) izrađen od sloja prozirnog ili obojanog premaza nanesenog na prednjoj strani (6a) nosivog filma (6) fleksografskim tiskanjem ili sličnim postupkom, pri čemu je debljina međusloja (7) za barem jedan red veličine manja od debljine (d) nosivog filma (6).
9. Postupak proizvodnje filma za učvršćivanje izrađenog od smole (1) koji se koristi u proizvodnji predmeta od kompozitnih materijala (2), naznačen time, da obuhvaća sljedeće korake:
- nanošenje prvog sloja (7) za oslobađanje kemijskih spojeva na površinu nosivog filma od plastičnih polimera (6) fleksografskim tiskanjem ili sličnim postupkom; oblaganje prednje površine (6a) filma koji dolazi u kontakt s poluproizvodom (2'), čime se dobiva predmet od kompozitnih materijala (2) te
- nanošenje drugog sloja (8) materijala za oblaganje preko prvog sloja (7) za oslobađanje kemijskih proizvoda postupkom nanošenja isparavanjem u vakuumu.
10. Postupak za proizvodnju filma za učvršćivanje u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9, naznačen time, da također uključuje, prije koraka izrade prvog sloja, korak u kojem se prednja strana (6a) nosivog filma (6) izlaže površinskoj obradi tako da plastični polimer na površini prednje strane(6a) lokalno ima površinsku napetost (Ts) koji ima vrijednost veće od 38 dyna / cm.
11. Postupak za proizvodnju filma za učvršćivanje prema patentnom zahtjevu 10, naznačen time, da na kraju navedene površinske obrade plastični polimer na površini prednje strane (6a) nosivog filma (6) ima lokalnu površinsku napetost (Ts) vrijednosti u rasponu između 45 i 70 din / cm.
12. Postupak za proizvodnju filma za učvršćivanje u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9, 10 ili 11, naznačen time, da je nosivi film (6) izrađen od polipropilena.
13. Postupak za proizvodnju filma za učvršćivanje u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 12, naznačen time, da je nosivi film (6) izrađen od dvoosno orijentiranog polipropilena.
14. Postupak za proizvodnju filma za učvršćivanje u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 9 do 13, naznačen time, da je navedeni drugi sloj (8) izrađen od metalnog materijala.
15. Postupak za proizvodnju filma za učvršćivanje u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 9 do 13, naznačen time, da je navedeni drugi sloj (8) izrađen od silicija, grafita, teflona ili drugih materijala koji se mogu nanositi postupkom isparavanja u vakuumu.
16. Postupak za proizvodnju filma za učvršćivanje u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 9 do 15, naznačen time, da je prvi sloj (7) izrađen od sloja prozirnog ili obojanog premaza debljine manje od debljine (d) nosivog filma (6).
17. Postupak za proizvodnju predmeta od kompozitnih materijala (2) dobivenih iz jednog ili više slojeva vlakana koji se preklapaju (3) iz organskog ili anorganskog materijala ugrađenih u matricu termostabilna smola (4), naznačen time, da navedenim slijedom obuhvaća sljedeće korake:
- izrada poluproizvoda (2') u obliku budućeg proizvoda od kompozitnih materijala (2), koji se dobiva iz jednog ili više slojeva navedenih vlakana (3) impregniranih termostabilnom smolom (4) koja je još uvijek u tekućem stanju visoke viskoznosti,
- korak pokrivanja barem jedne površine (2a) poluproizvoda (2') filmom za učvršćivanje (1) proizvedenog u skladu s jednim od patentnih zahtjeva 9 do 16 kako bi se termostabilna smola (4), koja je još uvijek u tekućem stanju visoke viskoznosti, zadržala u poluproizvodu (2'), a potrebno je dodatno uzeti u obzir da navedeni film za učvršćivanje (1) bude usmjeren tako da njegov površinski sloj (8) bude u izravnom kontaktu s poluproizvodom (2'); i zatim
- korak u kojem se poluproizvod (2'), koji je prekriven filmom za učvršćivanje (1), izlaže ciklusu stvrdnjavanja pod toplinom kako bi doveo do polimerizacije termostabilne smole (4) i potom njezinog nepovratnog skrućivanja.
18. Postupak proizvodnje predmeta od kompozitnih materijala prema patentnom zahtjevu 17, naznačen time, da također obuhvaća, nakon dovršetka polimerizacije termostabilne smole (4), korak uklanjanja filma za učvršćivanje (1) iz poluproizvoda (2'), tako da film za učvršćivanje (1) ostavi svoj površinski sloj (8) stabilno zalijepljen na navedenu površinu (2a) poluproizvoda (2') i time se na njoj stvori vanjski tankoslojni premaz (5).
19. Postupak proizvodnje predmeta od kompozitnih materijala prema patentnom zahtjevu 18, naznačen time, da nakon uklanjanja filma za učvršćivanje (1) iz poluproizvoda (2') obuhvaća i korak nanošenja sloja prozirne boje, sloja termostabilne prozirne smole ili prozirnog plastičnog polimernog filma na vanjski tankoslojni premaz (5) dobivenog proizvoda (2).
