Abstract

A procedure is described for manufacturing a mattress with a padded mattress panel and a gusset, by means of which a quilted outer mattress panel (1') is prepared with a gusset (14) attached to its underside around its whole perimeter, and a seam (15) attaches the upper part of the gusset to the mattress panel, passing through both the panel and the gusset, so that the seam is visible on the outer side, forming a contour around the mattress panel and making the perimeter of the mattress panel curve upwards.

Claims

1. Postupak proizvodnje presvlake madraca koja obuhvaća barem jednu oblogu madraca, bočnu traku i barem jedan ušitak koji spaja tu oblogu madraca s bočnom trakom, naznačen time što obuhvaća sljedeće korake: - priprema ušitka (14’), koji je po dužini presavijen na dva dijela, i njegovo postavljanje na rub obloge madraca (1’) s unutarnje strane presvlake madraca; - šivanje presavinutog ušitka (14’) izravno na oblogu madraca (1’) duž prvog šava (15) okrenutog prema unutra od ruba obloge madraca, što odgovara mjestu gdje mjesto presavijanja dijeli ušitak na dva dijela; - prvi šav (15) prolazi punom debljinom obloge madraca (1’) tako da je vidljiv na vanjskoj strani obloge madraca.1. A method of manufacturing a mattress cover that includes at least one mattress cover, a side strip and at least one grommet that connects the mattress cover to the side strip, characterized by the fact that it includes the following steps: - preparing the eyelet (14'), which is folded lengthwise into two parts, and placing it on the edge of the mattress cover (1') on the inside of the mattress cover; - sewing the folded grommet (14') directly to the mattress cover (1') along the first seam (15) facing inwards from the edge of the mattress cover, which corresponds to the place where the fold divides the grommet into two parts; - the first seam (15) goes through the full thickness of the mattress cover (1') so that it is visible on the outside of the mattress cover.

Uređaj za provedbu postupka prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što obuhvaća: - šivaći stroj (20); - vodilice i sredstva za presavijanje (23) prikladni za suradnju sa šivaćim strojem, i za pripremu ušitka (14’) koji je po dužini presavijen na dva dijela, i njegovo postavljanje na rub obloge madraca (1’) s unutarnje strane presvlake madraca, radi omogućavanja šivanja ušitka na oblogu madraca, duž prvog šava (15) okrenutog prema unutra od ruba obloge madraca, što odgovara mjestu gdje mjesto presavijanja dijeli ušitak na dva dijela; - šivaći stroj (20) prikladan je za završetak prvog šava (15) prolazeći punom debljinom obloge madraca (1’).9. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 9, naznačen time što su vodilice i sredstva za presavijanje (23) prikladni za određivanje položaja prvog šava (15) okrenutog prema unutra na udaljenosti dovoljnoj da načini da se rubovi obloge madraca (1’) podudaraju s vanjskim rubovima presavijenog ušitka.10. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 9 ili 10, naznačen time što vodilice i sredstva za presavijanje (23) obuhvaćaju: - ručicu (24) na jednom kraju (25) zakrivljenu prema šivaćem stroju (20) na zadanoj udaljenosti od igle (22) na šivaćem stroju; - sredstva za uvođenje i savijanje (26), prikladna za nošenje i presavijanje ušitka (14), postavljena na suprotni kraj ručice (24) u položaju koji gleda prema igli (22), a obuhvaćaju: - šuplje sedlo (27) koje može kliziti ili se vući duž vodilice (28) spojene na postolje šivaćeg stroja, u blizini igle (22), tako da sedlo može doći u dodir s iglom okretanjem ručice (24); - član za uvođenje i savijanje (29) smješten na vanjskom dijelu sedla (27), taj je član šupalj, s nizom poprečnih presjeka, počevši od vanjske strane sa zakrivljenim poprečnim presjekom u obliku trokuta (30) i krajem s presavijenim križnim presjekom koji gleda prema sedlu (27), za koje je spojen, ušitak (14) ulazi u otvor kroz zakrivljeni dio u obliku trokuta (30) i izlazi presavinut kroz sedlo (27) na vrh obloge madraca (1’).11. 12. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 11, naznačen time što također obuhvaća par paralelnih cilindričnih valjaka (31) okrenutih prema zakrivljenom dijelu u obliku trokuta (30), par valjaka je napravljen tako da omogućuje i uvodi ušitak (14) kroz prolaz između njih tako da osigurava pravilno umetanje u zakrivljeni dio u obliku trokuta (30), i spojenih preko koljena (32) za ručicu (24).12.
