ολίς μετά βάσεως δια την κατασκευήν βομβών και παρομοίων, του τύπου όστις φέρει μίαν μηχανικήν διάταξιν οπλίσεως προορισμένην ν'απελευθερώνη, μετά από ένα δεδομένον χρόνον και δια της αποσύρσεως ενόςστοιχείου μανδαλώσεως, εν κινητόν όργανον φέρον το καψύλιον, χαρακτηριζομένη εκ του ότι, το ρηθέν όργανον το φέρον το καψύλιον ελέγχεται υφ'ενός δευτέρου στοιχείου μανδαλώσεως, του τελευταίου τούτου καθισταμένου αδρανούς μετά την πρόσκρουσιν λόγω της καύσεως ενός τμήματος της πυροτεχνικής αλύσου ήτις διαμορφούται προς τον σκοπόν τούτο.
