Abstract

Μέθοδος και μηχανισμός περιστροφικής παραγωγής προστατευτικού μανδύα μιας χρήσεως (Σχήμα 1) από φύλλο πλαστικού, απορροφητικού χάρτου ή συναφούς υλικού (1) που περιλαμβάνει την τροφοδοσία του υλικού από ρόλο (5), τη διέλευση του από διάταξη διατρητικής χάραξης αποκοπής που αποτελείται από ζεύγος συνεργαζομένων περιστρέψιμων τύμπανων (7, 8) ή (17, 18), για την παραγωγή σε συνεχή ροή ή σε παρτίδες αντίστοιχα, ένα εκ των οποίων (7, 17) φέρει διάταξη λεπίδων κοπής (11, 12, 13) και το άλλο (8, 18) ασκεί κατάλληλη πίεση στην εν λόγω διάταξη λεπίδων κοπής προκειμένου να παράγεται διάτρηση περφορέ ή και απόσχιση αφ` ενός κατά μήκος εγκάρσιας στο τρέχον μήκος του φύλλου (1) γραμμής χάραξης (1Γ) προς διαχωρισμό του ενός μανδύα από τον άλλο και κατά μήκος χαράξεων (12, 13) προς δημιουργία ανοίγματος (4) εισαγωγής της κεφαλής και λωρίδων (3a, 3b) πρόσδεσης του μανδύα στο λαιμό ή τη μέση.
