Abstract
A controllable glue rolling device for gluing a motor rotor comprises a chassis bottom plate, a glue tank, an adsorption-type rolling roller, an AC gear motor and an electric cabinet. The glue tank is provided on the chassis bottom plate. The adsorption rolling roller is above the glue tank and a cylindrical surface of the adsorption-type rolling roller is in contact with a liquid in the glue tank. The adsorption-type rolling roller is supported by a roller support disposed on the chassis bottom plate. The motor rotor is positionable above the adsorption-type rolling roller, such that the cylindrical surface of the adsorption-type rolling roller, in contact fit with the liquid, is in rolling fit with a cylindrical surface of the motor rotor. The motor rotor is supported by a rotor support. An adjustable governor, an adjustable time relay and a control switch are provided on the electric cabinet.
