Abstract

Σύστημα προωθήσεως υφάσματος με περιφερειακό ψεκασμό νερού σε μηχανή βαφής υφασμάτων το οποίο περιλαμβάνει σωλήνα μεταφοράς του υφάσματος 11, δύο περιφερειακούς ψεκαστήρες νερού 3 και 4 και παλινδρομούσα καμπύλη 7 με εσωτερικό διάτρητο πίσω τοίχωμα για διαφυγή μέρους του νερού από την έξοδο 9. Το σύστημα μπορεί να δώσει μεγάλη ταχύτητα στο ύφασμα με μικρή πίεση νερού επειδή ψεκάζεται σε δύο σημεία. Επίσης λόγω της παλινδρόμησης της καμπύλης εξόδου, το ύφασμα αποθηκεύεται σε όλο το πλάτος του κάδου 10 της μηχανής αποφεύγοντας τα μπλεξίματα. Σε αυτό βοηθάει και το ότι μεγάλη ποσότητα νερού διαφεύγει από την έξοδο 9 της καμπύλης και δεν πέφτει επάνω στο αποθηκευόμενο ύφασμα. ω
