Abstract
977,670. Filing papers. HANDELSVERENIGING HAGEN N.V. Oct. 11, 1962 [Oct. 13, 1961], No. 38503/62. Heading B6E. A device for suspending drawings in a file comprises a U-shaped holder 1, Fig. 1, provided with a top 4 which is extended at the rear end at 7 and is U-shaped at the front 5 for engagement over transverse file supports 9, 8, respectively, one side 2 of the holder having an upturned lip 10, and the other side 3 having a horizontal inturned lip (11, not shown) and an inclined end-piece 12. The filming device 13 for the drawings 19, Fig. 2, is adapted to be slid endwise of the holder 1 between the sides 2, 3, and comprises a U-shaped support having a top 14, a short side 15 which engages within the lip 10, a longer side 16 provided with filing pins 18 which rest on the horizontal lip 11 on the side 3, and extensions 17 which facilitate the sliding operations. Perforated drawings 19 are threaded over the filing pins 18 before the device 13 is engaged within the holder 1, and the drawings are retained by a locking follower 20, 21. In a modification, the two side limbs 2, 3 are set wider apart, and a further central limb is provided to enable two filing devices 13 to be slid into the holder 1.
