966,992. Clamps. COMPAGNIE GENERALE DE TELEGRAPHIE SANS FIL. Feb. 9, 1961 [Feb. 18, 1960], No. 4949/61. Heading E2B. A clamping ring comprises two half rings 1, 2 of which each half ring terminates at its two ends in first and second lugs 5, 7 and 6, 6 extending away from each other, an aperture 4 formed in one half ring adjacent one lug of that half ring, and a bulge 3 formed in the other half ring adjacent the corresponding lug of the other half ring, the bulge 3 extending through the aperture 4 and forming a hinge with a side of the aperture, each lug of each half ring being formed with a hole 8 in the corresponding lug to enable the half rings to be clamped together by bolts.
