At least one recess 12 in a nut or bolt head 11, and which may be tapered as shown, receives a portion deformed from a sleeve 21 after the nut or bolt head and sleeve have been mounted in a hole 23 in a support 17. The sleeve is secured against axial movement by at least one projection formed in the sleeve or deformed or cut from it (as at 22) to extend into a groove 27 in the hole wall and secured against rotation by a projection such as a tab .31 extending into a cavity 28 in the hole wall.
