[Also in Division B4] A web 43 is fed to a cylinder 39 by means of rollers 44, 45 driven at a lower peripheral speed than that of the cylinder and is pulled over the cylinder by means of rollers 46, 47 and 48, 49 driven at the same peripheral speed as that of the cylinder. The web is held and released at the required times by means of cam-operated pivotally-mounted clip arms 57 driven intermittently from a shaft 11.
