940,482. Ladders. LINKLETERS PATENT SHIP FITTINGS Ltd. June 5, 1961 [June 25, 1960], No. 22322/60. Heading A6L. [Also in Division B7] A ladder has side frames 10 and 11 each comprising tubular members 14 and 15 of which the member 14 is bowed, so as to be in a state of stress, and joined to the member 15 at its ends, e.g. by welding. Uprights 17 are provided between the members 14 and 15 and the frames 10 and 11 are joined by cross members 12. The ladder is preferably made from square-sectioned steel or aluminium tubing.
