938,273. Saws. SPEAR & JACKSON Ltd. May 9, 1960, No. 16383/60. Addition to 899,632. Class 61. [Also in Group XXV] An improvement in or modification of the invention of the parent Specification consists in providing improved tensioning means for the saw blade. An orificed locating member 31 of inverted L-shape is accommodated on the tensioning stud 23 between the frame 12 and tightening nut 28. The two free extremities 34, 35 are concavely curved for seating on the peripheral part of the tubular frame 12 so as to present the longer limb 33 of the locating member in a plane normal to the plane of the saw blade 13.
