930,718. Locking nuts. DYNALOC FASTENERS Inc. March 22, 1962 [March 31, 1961], No. 10933/62. Class 89 (1). A hollow body 31 of resilient material such as nylon is cast in an undercut, enlarged and unthreaded portion of a nut bore by injection through two opposed bores 41 and projects beyond the bearing face 29 of the nut to be formed by a die and when the nut is tightened on a bolt against a workpieee the die-formed projecting end 35 is pressed into the bore and the resilient material grips the bolt thread.
