Abstract
880,241. Electromagnetic relays. SIEMENS & HALSKE A.G. Dec. 31, 1958 [Jan. 24, 1958], No. 42217/58. Class 38 (5). In a switch employing magnetic contact springs in a sealed tube, one of the contact springs has a convex contact portion whereby consistent holding values are obtained, notwithstanding relative tilting between the contact springs in an axial or transverse direction since the area X-X of flux transfer is constant for any relative tilting. The convex surface may be formed by embossing (Figs. 12, 13, not shown).
