875,448. Moulding parts on to an electric cable. KABELWERK OBERSPREE VEB. Jan. 1, 1958, No. 73/58. Class 87(2). The connection between plug pins 4 and an end of an electric cable 2 is enclosed in thermoplastic material in a mould 1, which is heated by a device 8 in the vicinity of the mould cavity 3 and cooled by a cooling channel 9 at the opposite end of the mould. The thermoplastic material is injected into the mould cavity through a nozzle 6. Tappings and other connections may be moulded to the cable end in a similar manner.
