Class 97(3) A device for solving vector problems in navigation comprises two members rotatably and non-slidably mounted with respect to one another, the first member, Fig. 1, having a series of graduated circles inscribed thereon which are concentric with respect to the axis of rotation, the second member, Fig. 2, being of transparent material and having a slot therein which is radial with respect to the axis of rotation, and a third member, Fig. 3, which has a pivot at the centre of its circular portion, the pivot being slidable within the slot in the second member, Fig. 2, so that the third member, Fig. 3, is pivotally and rotatably mounted with respect to the second member.
