A shaft coupling comprises a collar of nylon formed by two parts held together by screws so as to clamp the ends of shafts inserted therein, the central portion of the collar having one or more corrugations 3 giving resilience enabling the coupling to accommodate slight misalignment of the shafts. The collar is formed with a keyway 4 enabling it to be keyed to the shafts.
