Abstract

856,980. Plug-in circuit assemblies. METROPOLITAN VICKERS ELECTRICAL CO. Ltd. May 21, 1959 [March 27, 1958], No. 9872/58. Class 37 A plug-in circuit panel includes one or more transistor circuits of the type shown in Fig. 1. As described, a number of panels 8 have the components mounted on one side, and printed circuit conductors on the other side, the conductors all terminating on one edge of the panel to form contacts which engage with connectors 10 mounted in frames 11. A further printed circuit panel (Fig. 5 not shown) may be mounted on frames 11 at the back of the connectors 10 to provide interconnections between the connectors. The circuits shown may be interconnected to form computer circuits or multivibrators.
