856,269. Rotary pumps; viscosity pumps. NOREN, S. A. April 9, 1959 [April 9, 1958], No. 11964/59. Classes 110 (1) and 110 (2). [Also in Group XXVIII] A rotary pump A is supplied with liquid under pressure by a viscosity type pump B, the two pumps being coupled together directly or by gearing. As shown, the pump A is of the internally-meshing gear type, but may be of the sliding-vane or other rotary type. The pump B has a rotor 3 provided with comb-like teeth separated by grooves 11 which coact with spaced radial pins 12, secured to the inner wall of the pump housing 1.
