831,864. Liquid fuel atomizers. COOPER, R. B. June 1, 1956 [March 1, 1955], No. 6031/55. Classes 75(1) and 75(3) An oil burner comprises a tube 3 supplying heavy grade oil to an atomizer at the discharge end of the tube, the wall of the tube being formed with a secondary longitudinal bore 10 which extends through the atomizer and discharges a light grade oil in the flame of the heavy grade oil. The atomizer comprises two plates 1, 2 in face to face abutment, the inner 1 having a plurality of oil passages 6, the outer 2 having tangential holes leading to a tapered discharge opening 8.
