Abstract

824,918. Photo conductive devices. BATELLE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION. Jan. 20, 1958, No. 41374/58. Divided out of and addition to 812,917. Drawings to Specification. Class 37. A photo-sensitive member for use in xerography, comprises a photo-conductive layer 10Á to 20Á thick, resting on an N or P-type semi-conductor layer of lower resistivity than the photo-conductor, and a conductive backing member for the semi-conductor layer. The description is the same as that in the parent Specification, except that the photo-conductor layer is between 10Á and 20Á thick.
