819,516. Endless elevators. JUSTESEN, O.L. Oct. 3, 1957, No. 30951/57. Class 78 (1). Agricultural produce is conveyed upwards along compartment 1 to fall therefrom into a waiting lorry by teeth 7 carried by the transverse bars 4 lying between the chains of an . endless multi-chain conveyer (not shown). Each transverse bar 4 is rotatably mounted and controlled by a pair of ears 5 guided by rails 14A. When a pair of ears reaches the end of the rails the bar rotates to lift the teeth 7 clear of the material and the conveyance thus ceases. The position at which this occurs may be varied at will by bar 8, the position of the end of which is defined by pins 9 which fit into the holes of a row of holes 10.
