Classes 44 and 65(2) In a display fitting comprising a spring clip having jaws a, b, which is pivoted to a shelf clip d by means of an attachment piece c, two parallel lugs e extending from opposite edges of the jaw a are each formed with a short outwardly pressed annular trunnion f and are received between a pair of similar lugs g on the attachment piece c which are formed with circular holes to receive the trunnions. Each hole has an intersecting transverse slot h with a V- shaped outer end, and when the trunnions are pushed along the slots into engagement with the holes they are gripped sufficiently tightly to prevent accidental pivoting. The construction may be used when only one trunnion is required for interconnecting a pair of parts.
