Class 44 A fastener comprises a strip of spring - metal bent to M-shape having a central U portion 14 and two end portions in the form of inverted U's, each of the outer arms 15, 16 having a pair of prongs 10, 11 and 12, 13, respectively, directed downwardly and outwardly to engage the side walls of a channel 18; a pipe 17 may be seated in the central U 14 and clamped against the web of the channel 18.
