A brazing alloy for use in structures which are subjected to temperature in the range 900-1200 DEG F., e.g. heat exchangers receiving exhaust gases from gas turbines, has the following composition .Cu.85.0-95.0 per cent .Ni.3.5-10.5 per cent .Cr.0.825-2.44 per cent .B.0.175-0.56 per cent Fe, C and Si not exceeding 1.5 per cent in total
