773,665. Securing coils for salient poles. CANADIAN GENERAL ELECTRIC CO., Ltd. Nov. 24, 1955 [Nov. 24, 1954], No. 33734/55. Class 35. Salient pole windings are secured against lateral displacement by one or more metal or fibre straps 8 looped round the end pole-face bars 22, 23 at slots 15, and passing under the pole. As shown for a metal strap, the tension is obtained by a clip 17 crimped in position. Specification 651,183 is referred to.
