767,743. Anglers' floats. MARTIN, E. P. June 22, 1955 [June 25, 1954], No. 18630/54. Class 48 In an anglers' float of the kind comprising an elongated body a which may include tapering upper and lower stems a<SP>1</SP>, a<SP>2</SP> of lesser diameter than the medial portion, the lower end is formed or provided with a ring b or aperture across which extends a pin c. The float is attached to the fishing line d by threading a loop of the line through the ring b from the side opposite to the pin c and pulling part of the loop between the pin and the ring so that the line becomes threaded around the pin as shown. The line is clamped to the upper stem portion a<SP>1</SP> by a coil e of wire or plastic material. The ring b and pin c may be made from a single length of wire.
