Abstract

An eraser composition comprises rubber, polyisobutylene, abrasive material, e.g. silicon carbide, filler, e.g. silica flour, pigment, e.g. titanium dioxide, curing ingredients, e.g. stearic acid, zinc oxide, sulpher and 2-mercaptobenzothiazole and, optionally, an antioxidant, e.g. phenyl beta-naphthylamine.ALSO:An eraser composition comprises rubber, polyisobutylene, abrasive material, e.g. silicon carbide, filler, e.g. silica flour, pigment, e.g. titanium dioxide, a curing agent, e.g. stearic acid, zinc oxide, sulphur or 2 mercaptobenzothiazole, and an antioxidant, e.g. phenyl beta naphthylamine. Detailed examples of compositions are described in the Specification.
