Class 80(2) A crankshaft for a two or more (as shown, four) cylinder internal combustion engine comprises shaft parts 23 ... 26 with integral crank discs 29, 30, 31, &c., at least one of the crank discs, such as the disc 31, having a crank pin 32 integral therewith or a press fit therein and received in a hole in the adjacent crank disc 33. The construction of the crankshaft is such as to allow solid big ends to be used.
