[Also in Group XXV] An electrical terminal comprises a clamping screw which has a threaded body a and a clamping piece b relatively to which the body can be turned, the piece b being housed in a recess in one end of the body. The piece may have a conical end b<SP>2</SP> engaging a conical recess a<SP>2</SP> in the body, or a hemispherical end engaging a flat surface, the point of contact lying on the axis of the screw. The clamping piece has a head b<SP>1</SP> and is retained in the recess by contracting the end of the body about a reduced portion of the piece.
