Abstract

A corrosion-resistant alloy consists of: Al 9.5-9.9 per cent.; Ni 1.7-2.4 per cent.; Fe trace-1.0 per cent,; Cu the remainder. The corrosion-resistance may be further improved by quenching from 600-650 DEG C. Specifications 135,963, 166,817, [both in Class 82 (i)], and 433,534 are referred to.
