Abstract

700,477. Mops. LJLUNGDAHL, O. G. June 22, 1951 [June 22, 1950], No. 14916/51. Class 19 A self-wringing mop comprises a shaft 1 carrying a sponge holder plate consisting of fixed and hinged portions 2a, b respectively, to which is affixed a sponge 4. To the hinged portion 2b is fixed an arm 6 articulated to a lever 7 which is articulated to a sleeve 8 slidable on shaft 1. The portion 2b is locked in the normal position by insertion of a resilient member 9 into the arm 6, which is of channel cross-section.
