Abstract

604,662. Door holders. MICHIELI, A. A. Aug. 27, 1946, No. 25563. [Class 65 (i)] A door holder comprises a rectangular plate 1 formed with an ear-shaped extension 2 having a lip 3 projecting from its face, and an arm 4 pivoted to the said face and provided with a resilient foot 7. The plate is fitted flush with the free edge 8 of the door, from a face of which the ear projects. The arm, which is hollow, is formed with a longitudinal slit 5 and holds the rubber foot frictionally in adjusted position to engage the floor surface. In its inoperative position the arm is supported, as shown in chain lines, by the lip 3.
