698,472. Hoppers. IMPERIAL CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES, Ltd., and ALDRED, L. Aug. 3, 1951. No. 18411/51. Class 78 (i). Tablets are discharged by gravity from hopper 2 along passage 4, the discharge being regulated by oscillation of brush 5, the latter being pivoted at 6 and agitated by crank 8. The passage 4 may be subdivided and each subdivision may have a bottom which is flat or inclined and the height of which may be varied by a screw. Also, brush 5 may swing on parallel links instead of pivot 6.
