Class 65 (i) A device for preventing rattle in a vehicle door comprises a tapered wedge member 10 adapted to be secured to an edge of the door, and a member 1 adapted to be secured to the fixed frame and provided with a dovetail recess engageable by the wedge member when the door is closed; one surface 5 of the recess being formed with a V-shaped groove 15 for receiving a V-shaped rib 14 formed on an edge 13 of the wedge member, and the other surface 7 of the recess being the edge of a block 6 biased outwardly by a spring 9.
