Class 49 [Also in Group XXVIII] Apparatus for pasteurizing, vacuum cooling or vacuum concentrating lacteal liquids, fruit and vegetable juices, egg pulp and such foods comprises chambers 44, 45 (Fig. 9) evacuated by an ejector condenser (see Group XXVIII) which is rotatably mounted between ducts 44a, 45a to facilitate dismantling of the condenser for cleaning purposes.
