[Class 78 (iv)] [Also in Group I] A manure distributer, of the type having an endless slot-conveyer 7 feeding manure through an aperture 13 in the rear end of a container 3, is characterized in that the upper run of the conveyer moves the material forwardly to an aperture 5 in the floor of the container where it falls through on to a platform 14 and is fed to the aperture 13 by the return run. By this means, the rear part of the container is emptied first. The material then falls on to spreading devices (not shown).
