[Class 80(ii)] [Also in Group XXI] In a clutch unit A a tubular shaft 29 is driven by a chain and rotates freely'about a fixed shaft 30 whilst concentric with and capable of free rotation about the shaft 29 is a second shaft 31, the two shafts being clutched together by a toothed plate 35 engaging teeth 32, 33 formed on each shaft, the plate being mounted on a piston 36 operated by fluid under pressure. The shaft 31 operates the haulage chain of a planer.
