607,886. Walls. BIGARD, A. J. E. L. Oct. 29, 1945, No. 285,49. Convention date, April 26. Addition to 605,342. [A Specification was laid open to inspection under Sect. 91 of the Acts, Oct. 29, 1945.] [Classes 20(iv) and 87(i)] The wall slabs forming the subject of the parent Specification are provided with. wires 6, which may be extensions of reinforcing members, the wires being twisted together as at 7 and embedded in the concrete posts to tie opposite slabs together. To provide for vertical offsetting of opposite slabs half-height slabs 10 are provided, the form shown being of L-section to provide moulds 13 for horizontal members of a skeleton frame cast in situ; notches 12 are provided to allow the posts to be formed. The main slabs have horizontal reinforcing ribs 8, and the ribs 2 are notched at 9 to straddle a rib 8 of an opposite slab.
