Abstract
603,013. Drawbar brackets for tractors. CUNDEY, J. E., CUNDEY, W. B., and CUNDEY, E. G. May 14, 1946, No. 30705/45. [Class 103 (v)] The vertical post a of a draw-bar bracket is provided with a series of rigid draw-plates b arranged one above another, each being drilled at c to receive a common coupling pin d, a transverse plate j with holes k being provided for a lateral adjustment of the coupling. Upper and lower arms f, g with fixing plates h, i secured thereto are attached to the axle casing or other suitable part of the tractor. The post which may be of channel or box-section may be connected to the laterally extending perforated horizontal bar by inclined stays n. In Fig. 2, the post a is attached to horizontal bars r, j forming part of a rectangular frame which is attached by brackets q and stays p to the tractor.
